I came with four kids who all made a milkshake using the ice cream machine. We went to pay and the credit machine broke. We were willing to attempt to pay cash but it was going to be close for us. Becks the store manager KINDLY AND GRACIOUSLY allowed us to take them at no charge. Each one of the young girls walked out mentioning their gratitude. She not only set up today for them but no doubt instilled a lesson for them about Leadership. THANK YOU!

Went for a quick cheap carwash to get salt off car. Pulled in put $6 in machine. There was a car already in there, machine states wait. So we wait and wait and wait. Nothing happening. Big mouth guy comes out with attitude basically tells us we did not pay. His attutude totally bad. Instead of saying ok hold on let me check starts with the mouth. His words led to our words, and our $6 back. What a jerk. Never again no class or finesse

I paid $8 for a silver car wash and was disappointed. A sticky spot on the front of the hood did not come clean. I had a small debate with the sales person who claimed my car was fine until I had him step outside and look at it up close. He agreed to wash my car again spot still there. My car was also very wet (probably because water shoot out of places it shouldn't after the wash it's done.) If his finger smudged the sticky spots the car wash should have cleaned it. Not worth the money

normally go this gas station all the time with no problem! today it was pouring rain, so I swiped my card and punched zipcode.. hit the 87 and began pumping.. sat in the car waiting for click for pump to be finished.. wondering why cost was so high, I printed receipt. only to see that I had been charged for supreme!!! ugh I don't use that in my car. went inside to explain the situation there were 2 gentleman who were trying to help out, mentioned that Stacey was needed to help figure this out! she approached me basically asking me if I knew how to pump gas.. are you freaking kidding me? the two gentleman were in the background , she pretty much put her hands together and said there's nothing I can do for you. that I would have to contact another manager tomorrow! she was very rude and unprofessional!! I told both gentleman thank you for trying to help, and have a great night and walked out!!! terrible customer service Stacey had!!!!
