I went there today do inquire about a phone the young lady was very helpful however I was upset with the billboards inside the store we're completely in Spanish. They were not in Spanish and English. They were completely in Spanish. Is this boost store only for Hispanic people. It seems that way to me. Has Glendale heights become a totally Latino suburban City

The man in there is very rude and isn’t helpful. Went in for a new sims card, he proceeded to tell me since my phone is cracked I needed to take it to the Apple Store and get it looked at by a tech person. I took it to another boost and it was in fact just my sims card. Would not recommend this location.

Went and paid 15$ for a SIM card was told I could call and set up the phone because if they do it in the store it will b 35$ more… came home to activate was told I have to get it activated in the store this place is a rip off they are in business by stealing money from ppl n not explaining the process

I do not recommend doing any business with this boost mobile ! I never thought I would see the day customer service would become so money hungry, lazy, shiesty and untrustworthy ! I came here for a problem with my iPhone. When I arrived it was a older Chinese gentlemen sitting down, no customer in sight. I told him my phone was not getting a charge at home and I inquired if he could try to charge it on his end or help me diagnose the problem. He put the charger chord in for a second and quickly said my iPhone is not taking charge period and I was advised to get a new phone. Unwilling to pay the $350 he wanted to charge me for a new SE, I asked him for my account number which he said he couldn’t give me. Instead he gave me a customer service number. After calling customer service, they informed me that he had to give me my account number as he has it available . I proceeded to go back and tell him what customer service said then he proceeded to give me my account number. ? now I have a new iphone, I am with a new carrier , and out of curiosity I plugged my old iPhone up to the new iPhone charger chord and the battery symbol came right up. So basically, all I needed was a new chord but instead because of a lazy boost mobile agent that was unwilling to do his job and help me I’m out of money from purchasing a new phone while my old phone is in perfect working condition. Just horrible!

I recommend for your safety. DO NOT USE BOOST MOBILE! Customer service is poor and overseas, the possibility of your phone number being Hijacked is very high as these people often are crooks themselves or become extorted. This is what the FBI personally told me when I filled report. I have proof as it happened to me. Boost Mobile gave away my number without my consent to a hacker which was then able to change all passwords to my social media accounts and bank accounts, my personal information immediately went on the dark web and took over a year to fix. Crap company but good for hackers! Security measures to protect your privacy is weak. If not your concerned about things like this, then Boost Mobile will work for you. You should be ashamed of yourself DISH Network (another crap company!) who really owns Boost. My opinion is: Go with Verizon that gives you the option to lock your Sim card to you your phone so your number can't be swapped. Take a chance with Boost? It's up to you. Just trying to help

I came in five minutes after they were set to close and the sales clerk didn't even mind. man was so kind and patient. Thank you to this Boost store!
