Very cheap compare to a new one at Walmart and if you look videos on YouTube how batteries are made you’ll know a reconditioning one is as good is a new one. Very satisfy and from the guy I spoke over the phone to check if they have one available to the guy who was at the store and took care they were polite and very attentive. Thanks ????”

“I enter the O'Reilly store in Wheaton to get a refund on a gauge Artic refrigerant. I had explain to the cashier Thinmi why I was returning the item, cause my husband wasn't sure on how to use the gauge for my 2013 Chevy black Malibu. Thinmi and Donald asked if I would like for the both of them to take a look at my vehicle,. I replied sure , Thinmi was able to get my A/C working again. I was so happy and pleased Thinmi fix my A/C witin 10mins. Donald and Thinmi offer to check my oil level . My oil level was fine. The two gentleman was so patient and pleasant in helping a customer . They both deserve employee of the month for great customer service. They both went above and beyond. “I believe this store deserve 5 star rating. I had my car’s low beam bulb failed. I also wanted to get the high beam bulbs checked so that I could get all replaced for my Prius if necessary. I called the store and the gentleman told he will take a look if I stop by. I drove to the store and parked my car in the lot infront of the store. In a minute that elder gentleman already there and he checked the bulbs. One of them got fused, but he can’t replace it as its deep inside so has to be by the mechanic. He was so helpful and courteous answered all my questions. I would love to go to this store for any future auto part needs and recommend this store to all without any reservations.”

“Needed a new headlight for my 2020 jeep grand Cherokee. Saw online that they can possibly install the headlight at the store called the store and spoke with Anthony. He said he could take a look at it when I got to the store. He took the time and effort to install the headlight, which was not easy. Will definitely come back to the store in the future.”
