Worst Customer Service!! Their was a time this location used to be good now they dont want to work. Went for wire transfer once. People were sitting ideally and didn't want to do the wire. told them i needed urgently. They wanted to schedule me for 2 days after. I had to go to 5/3 bank and had to schedule from that account. This happened again today. They would rather do nothing than spend 10 minutes in actually helping customers. Will soon be moving away my accounts from BOFA.

I received a letter in the mail stating that someone recently tried opening an account under my name. Went in to the branch to try to get a better idea of what was going on. Staff is friendly, but it doesn't help to have one teller and two other bankers sitting around gossiping when there is a line forming. I waited my turn patiently, spoke to a banker only to get a number for the fraud department.Not a big deal I thought, so I call, and it turns out I was given the wrong number/department. I get transferred only to get to a voicemail because the department I needed is closed on weekends. Complete waste of time. I have never trusted BOA, and its always a game to get anything done.

The absolute WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The short bald man is extremely rude. I went in to deposit coins into my business account rolled in coin wrappers. I made sure the totals were correct. The short man stated oh that’s not right. They should not be filled all the way up. I said ok where should they be because I checked each one. He said there is no specific line he just knows they are not right. I said ok well what are my options he said we could send them off and you get credited later. Absolutely NOT. I then asked where the other branches were that could possibly help he said Schaumburg maybe. I stated what about the one in Lombard. He said well I don’t know their hours. I said do you have a sheet with the different banks. He said look in your mobile app or on the internet. I asked well what of I were a 90 year old woman and didn’t know how to do that. He laughed and stated oh you would have the internet and walked off. This is a branch they should be closing. I hate going in here they are always rude. Needless to say will be closing my business and 2 personal accounts that I have had with them for over 11 years because of this branch.

Honestly the worst experience ive ever had. There was no notice that id be going over the withdrawal limit from my savings account, and was suddenly charged 30 dollars (after being told itd only be 10) because i made another transaction to put money INTO the account after being over the limit one time. (Keep in mind i was only made aware after being at 7/6 possible transactions, and only put money IN it one other time after that. There was no prior warning like, "hey youre at 6, dont make any more or theres a fee")When i went in i was basically told, "next time watch your transactions better" by an employee who didnt even try to help me in the situation.I honestly will be closing my acct with them and going somewhere else, where i wont be charged for trying to save my own money.Make it make sense.

2 of the 3 ATMs don't work. You have to go inside to withdraw cash after waiting 10 minutes in line at the atm... Oh wait, it's 3:59pm, too bad they locked the doors and now you can't withdraw anything without waiting 1 hour at the one working ATM at the drive through

Couldn’t take money out of my account with my foreign ID although I’ve done it before. The ATM max is $1000, I needed at least 5k from my own money, kind of crazy how I have no access to it. I think I’m just going to get my money out and keep the cash in a safe.

Every time need to wait in the line about a hour.Work just one window.You can’t ask something to manager,because he or she is not in the bank ,if you need something they just let you know that you need to call costumer service.Very unprofessional people and attitude for costumers .
