Had an oil change scheduled and was told I needed my battery replaced, was quoted at over $300 and I told the mechanics that I’d rather go and buy a battery and replace it myself as they were offering a cheaper battery
I decided to head to Autozone and was greeted by Jerri, I had told him my concern and what I needed, once he pulled up my details he noticed I had purchased a battery from Autozone previously and was still under warranty.
Jerri replaced the battery under warranty and also installed it in my car without additional charge
I will come to this place for all my car related needs and will tell everyone I know

Usually no issues here. However experienced poor customer service last night when we brought in a battery we suspect is faulty for a number of reasons. We were told because the battery is at 100% it can't possibly be the issue and must be the starter or alternator. "No matter which way you spin it this battery is at 100% so it's not the problem."
Asked employee if they could simulate a load on a battery and they said no. Directly from AutoZone's website however: "There are several things you can do at home to simulate a load, which we will walk through, but none is as good as a thorough load –test that AutoZone can perform. "

Anajan deserves a raise. He helped with a nearly impossible mission. I went to 2 different auto parts stores and didn't get any help.But not ? Anajan! He went the extra mile and actually looked at the problem AND found a solution.Thank you so much Anajan!

I went to get my headlights replaced, and the staff member assisting me wasn't sure if my car type was going to allow someone outside of a dealership to change them out. He tried anyway, and was able to get them both replaced. Super helpful!!
