“I used their service to get my RV tires replaced. When they replaced it, they missed removing dirt placed for balancing from the rims. Tire deflated the next day, when I told them they sent a courtesy vehicle to fix the problem on my driveway, which is about 25 mins from their shop and didn't charge anything to do so.”

They have multiple locations, so that can be convenient. They can usually get tires from another location fast, sometimes the same day. I have been getting tires here for about 45 years, so I guess that's a good record. John was helpful as always and has been here almost as long as me”

“I’ve gotten my last 2 oil changes here since re-locating to Chicago. No issues the first time, but my most recent visit I drove away and my windshield wiper low fluid light came back on. There is a line on my invoice referencing that all fluid levels were checked; however, clearly this didn’t get done. Just a bit annoyed that $75 gets you this. The service here compared to my Atlanta dealership doesn’t compare.”
