“Had an oil change scheduled and was told I needed my battery replaced, was quoted at over $300 and I told the mechanics that I’d rather go and buy a battery and replace it myself as they were offering a cheaper battery
I decided to head to Autozone and was greeted by Jerri, I had told him my concern and what I needed, once he pulled up my details he noticed I had purchased a battery from Autozone previously and was still under warranty.
Jerri replaced the battery under warranty and also installed it in my car without additional charge
I will come to this place for all my car related needs and will tell everyone I know

“I’ve gotten my last 2 oil changes here since re-locating to Chicago. No issues the first time, but my most recent visit I drove away and my windshield wiper low fluid light came back on. There is a line on my invoice referencing that all fluid levels were checked; however, clearly this didn’t get done. Just a bit annoyed that $75 gets you this. The service here compared to my Atlanta dealership doesn’t compare.”
