Loan Roberts, who works for Amis, is my hero. My husband needed to short-sale a condo he owned in the suburbs, and Loan was our realtor and short-sale negotiator. It turned out that our mortgage company was more difficult than most, to the point where I think most would have given up, but Loan somehow managed to push the sale through. She is professional and tenacious and just the kind of person you want on your side. We would have been lost without her. Thanks, Loan!
