I don't understand what the problem is with Ms. Jessica Sanchez as she treats people very unpleasantly. Today, Oct 30,2023, there were at least 6 people present, and he spoke to us in a very unkind manner. Their customer service discourages the public from continuing to do business with this insurer. I do not visit this office for pleasure, but because insurance is required by law. Mrs. should understand that part of her job involves treating people with kindness. I don't recommend this place.

Horrible customer service do not recommend at all.Called to update my insurance and add a new vehicle to my policy, she was able to add but never send my proof of insurance via email like she said she would. I called multiple times and she would pick up and hang up. Showed up the next day and was helped by "Jessica Sanchez" after waiting in like for 45 mins. She asked me what I needed not a welcome, hello, how are you? NOTHING.I explained the situation to her and she proceeds to say yes I saw the call log and how many time you called. Meaning she was picking up my calls ON PURPOSE and hanging up. Asked her to print out my proof of insurance and she tells me I don't need the paper she emailed me the forms. THAT I NEVER GOT.!! I walked out and she didn't even bother to say sorry or even have a good day. I get your job might be stressful but have better customer service treat PAYING CUSTOMERS BETTER.! Asked for corporate number and of course she gave me wrong information.!!

If you are a customer and need help or have a question, dont bother calling in, she will hang up on you or place you on hold and wont assist. Horrible service.

Mrs. Lopez's customer service at this location is extremely terrible. It does not justify mistreating customers when they have questions or ask to make changes to their account. There are other places where the workers are educated, they value and help their clients more.

Probably the worst Amigo insurance. Showed up 10min before closing and the door was already locked. They either need to hire more people or close the location.
