I called 6 other places trying to get my chef coat embroidered, and after have quite the pleasant experience on the phone with them they told me they could pull some strings (sewing pun) to have me come in and have it done that day. The people there were very friendly, the person I handled my business was very sweet to me, and I couldn't be more pleased how everything turned out!
