Punctual, very friendly, professional. My furniture & items were delicately wrapped, everything was completed timely. Julio, Ben & Willy were the very best, certainly made the daunting task of moving much more enjoyable.

I wouldn't recommend this company they treat people stuff like trash they we did a job for them owner refused to pay even called the cops on us

The Advanced Team was great!! Cedric, Aaron, and Omar were courteous, hard working, and efficient. They were very careful with all our furnishings and went above and beyond in taking care of us and our stuff. When I spoke with Nanette the booker to sign up, she assured me if the quality of their service and these three were top notch. Thank you Advance for your hard work and making our move easier!!

Advanced Moving & Storage was the worst moving company I have ever used.
First, the employees complained upon arrival that they hadn't been informed by the company that my apartment didn't have an elevator, despite this information being clearly stated in the pre-contract paperwork.
The moving process took a very long time because the workers kept taking breaks. When they realized that the job would take longer, they demanded prepayment for the additional hours and even asked for a tip of $40 each for three workers at that time.
To make matters worse, when the move was finished, I found that four pieces of furniture were damaged, and there was also damage to the walls.
When I filed a complaint, I was told that these damages were not covered by their warranty.
I absolutely do not recommend using this company. If you have no other options, make sure to get insurance and do not pay any tips until the job is completely finished.

BEWARE!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Although the actual movers were very kind and delivered with care, the company is EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL.
When I first gave them a call about moving, they gave me a quote $855 and submitted my $100 deposit to set the move in day and was told to pay $755 the day of the move with cash or cashier check. They warn me to bring extra money in case they go over the minimum 3 hour work.
HOWEVER, during the phone call, I told Donna (representative that was working with me) that my new building move-in time session is from 1-5pm. Anything over, I would have to pay $100 per hour. So I was told that the workers were going to be working 1-3pm. The movers came at 3pm and were TWO HOURS LATE. There was no communication what was happening. I called Donna multiple times the day of my move and she told me that the first movers that got assigned to me were delayed because their AM session got pushed back because they had more items that they shared. She then assigned me to another mover group. They showed up right at 3pm and they took a hour and half to put packed boxes in and disassemble a bed frame. They showed up 4:50pm at my new building and was cutting close to my 5pm end mark. I expressed my concerns and stress about it and asked Donna if there was any way to compensate for the additional cost because the movers came so late. And she said no we do not do that and they did not clarify that the 1-3pm time is the STARTING WINDOW time not the time they do the moving services. They finished their services at 7pm.
Before the movers can move my things to my new place, they required to be paid first and my total cost went from $755 to $940 due to additional hours they are working past their 3 hour minimum, gas, and other costs. Additionally had to pay $200 for the additional hours they worked past 5 pm.
HIRING MOVERS SHOULD REDUCE MY STRESS BUT THIS COMPANY INDUCED MY STRESS MENTALLY. I do not recommend at all.

Despite being down a truck on moving day, they pulled through with a rental and got the move done right inside the amount of time quoted.

Sal Alex and Sergio did an amazing job moving us. They were quick, efficient but also careful. Very professional and friendly. Highly recommend using them. Heaven forbid we move anytime soon, we will be requesting them.
