I don't recommend her at all! I have called 5 times to be able to reach her and every time the girls picking up the phone have said that she will call me back, and she never did. I was trying to solve a mess that she did because she didn't send me the notice letter on time and waisted me 6 months only by telling me I will look into this, I will call you later, it's the agency's fault, this person hasn't reached back to me so I don't know...... An agent should be trustworthy and she cares only to gain new customers. Not professional!

I searched around for auto insurance and contacted this office to get auto insurance quotes. After a few phone conversations, I felt so comfortable and purchased home insurance as well. This is a family owned and operated AAA insurance location with an excellent customer service. Lia Chaves was patient and caring and helped me to choose the best plan for my needs. I highly recommend this office.
