Under New Management the service is still terrible. You can't collect your points. You can't even redeem points. I told the guy to run it his credit and he just didn't understand what is. Younger guy working there this morning. Terrible customer service.

They rob you here he has the register part cover so you won't see what you getting charge . I only bought chicken wings and a refill ... he charge for some stuff I didn't get . Theaf here theafff

Everytime I go here at night the cashiers are rude as hell, and if you buy tobacco from behind the counter they always put the wrong one in the bag and never give out receipts. Like get some better help, preferably English speaking workers. They also don’t like giving out bags because it’s too much work for them.

Why offer a service on the app if it not going to work at the store? We went to the 810 E. Chicago St. Elgin, IL 60120 store and attempted to pay with money I had in my app wallet. The cashier first said, I don't know how to use that. Then she said it isn't working at their store. The app states that is suppose to work at this store but that is not the case.

Worst 7/11 I've ever been to. We paid for our Slurpee's and then my son saw the hat rack. I agreed to buy him one, so he started to try a couple of them on. Suddenly the cashier starts yelling loudly at us for trying on the caps, and continued arguing when I told him I just wanted to buy one. EXTREMELY RUDE!! I'll never step foot into that place again.

This 7-11 is amazing, I go here with 4 of my friends every time and the cashier is nice as well, and the stuff there isn't that overpriced! It is amazing, I recommend you guys to go!

Nothing special, just your run of the mill convenient store with the possibility of having one of the worst most dangerous parking lots to get in and out of. I've made it a point to avoid this particular franchise after nearly getting rear-ended twice in the last week alone and seeing two near T-bone accidents occur as patrons exited their parking lot. I know it's not necessarily their fault but it's a hazard to me and I now avoid it. Maybe if the closed up Burger King gets torn down they could rectify the parking situation. Fingers crossed!
