This is a horrible place for simple customer service. The store employees, needs to learn how to explain 711 Apps and special features. They nod their head to question that they don’t understand and make you believe that they understood it. So much miscommunication going on, besides that. The store is not clean 80% of the time I come in to shop.
These employees, are criminals minded. When you come in with your EBT. Card. They double&over charge your link card. I have to ask them to ring my items up until they get it right.
They get mad when you want to put items back. The soda machine area is bad annd unsatisfactory to use.
Coffee is old 90 percent of the time. Food items is so expensive and outdated.
Cold , items are old and spoiled. Employees, are rules and disrespectful to customers to those that don’t understand their foreign language. Please go somewhere that will give you better customers service and please don’t use your LINK CARD HERE.

Always great, polite and grateful to answer any questions or help u find whatever you need or want. Love the personalities they are all just such great people and know how to light up a room best 711 ive ever been too and is also my safe place they can make u smile and laugh on your worst days

FAMILY OWNER IS TRASH…totally rude and awful service…read the reviews! I moved right by this 7-11, i was excited, only to find that almost every time I go in there they were rude and disrespectful…it’s like they gave up and no longer care.

Every single time I go in this 711 it’s nothing but attitude from the guy with glasses behind the counter, always skipping the screen so I can’t enter my number for points so today I asked him to stop skipping it and let me enter, he then pulled out a sign then said this is exactly why I had this sign for people like you, the sign said “have ur app ready for points” he then said and pointed to the people dropping off beer/product “you see them dropping off beer, I don’t have time to sit here and wait for you to enter a number”. Why give people an option on a screen to enter a number in the first place if it’s so “inconvenient” for them? I live 2 min from this location but I’ll go out of my way to go to the Addison location on 53 for now on, great customer service there!

THEY SCAM YOU! THEY ADD 30 CENTS HERE 50 CENTS HERE, first he didnt want to give me my receipt, and then they add on things you didnt have then subtract them, but still have a remainder on the receipt... Then when asked about it, they lie and say it was taken off and it all adds up the same. -5 THIEVES!

I have never had anyone tell me that having them scan my app is the reason I lost my points and they can’t help me. If your company hosts an application or special of any kind it is your job to be familiar with it to help your customers. But because it was taking too long the owner gave up and blamed me and was like it’s my problem. No. It’s your problem now as I will make sure I don’t come back to your store. And I’ll let everyone know not to go there as well. Never have I had such poor customer service. Shame on you.
