Not at all concerned with customer service, in fact hostile if you call them. They do not respond and you have to call them multiple times and they still won’t help and ask you to stop calling them. I mistakenly returned a $169 item I had purchased from a different store. When I asked them to return it to me at my expense, they claim they never got it. This was even though I had proof of delivery from UPS. They just did not want to bother. So order from them at your own risk.

Ordered from them and needed an exchange spent over $400 and wanted to exchange that was worth less than $300 and they didn't want to do it. Bad business and wouldn't recommend I will be filing a complaint as they made more than enough money to exchange my ordered item.

Ordered a voltage converter and UK plug bar. Both items recived were wrong. The voltage convert was a whole different kind and brand than I ordered, one that I cant even use... The plug bar was white not black.. The packing slip in the box says the correct items so obviously whoever packed my order wasnt even looking at what they were packing. They offered me an exchange but wouldent offer me a return label.. Really? Its a 15 pound box and this was not my careless mistake. Terrible.

Awful company and customer service. Called multiple times over a month period about returning a product, and was told I had to email not call. I finally got someone via email and the return process began. Tracked with UPS (the only shipment they will allow) which cost over $100. Waited a week after the tracking number said it had arrived, and checked in...Manoj told me it takes a week for processing. Waited 2 more weeks, so 3 weeks total, and have since emailed two more times. No response. So now they have their product back and are not refunding or responding. Terrible company and customer service. Do not use.

We purchased a new embalming machine from Radical Scientific Equipment in India. It will only operate on 220 volts, 500 wattage. I needed a step-up transformer and ordered a 500 watt transformer from Overseas Best buy. When it arrived It didn't work. After speaking with their technician I got an education on wattage and decided to order a 2000 watt transformer. I just tested it in our preparation room and I'm happy to report our new embalming machine works perfectly with the new transformer. Thank you Overseas Best Buy. I highly recommend this company for all your electronic needs. Thomas Crown, Funeral Director and Embalmer.

I purchased 2 items in late January 2020. 1 item was a transformer that had issues, namely large pieces of solder falling out of the case. I returned it for an exchange in early February. I patiently waited 2 months, giving them extra time in consideration of the coronavirus, but did not get my exchange. I emailed them, they said they would ship out the item. No apology. I waited another month. I emailed them again. No response. I asked for a refund. They responded by refusing the refund and against my specific instructions, they shipped out the item I had purchased 3 month earlier. Now I am waiting for Paypal to try to get my money back. In all their communications they have been rude, offering no apologies, and been all around unresponsive. This my experience with this company.... Read More

bought a converter and it broken down in less than 1 month. Called both customer service numbers and they were picked up by the same short tempered person. Asked him questions where he only answered "I don't know". Product does not come as described and will not order again

Very satisfied with my adapters , hairdryer and flat iron. Took trip to Africa and they worked well had no issues as I ordered way before my leaving date. I had know idea what adapters I would be using and the guy on the phone was very helpful.

Be careful what you order. Should you need to return, they have a number of 'gotchas' to charge you restocking fees, shipping (both ways), etc., to basically disincentivize you from returning any of there products under most circumstances by ensuring you only receive a fraction of your purchase price back in a refund. This is very disappointing and something I learned the hard way. Next time I will just purchase what I need from Amazon - much easier to deal with the sellers on their platform than this useless dispute process through PayPal and dealing with a completing inflexible end seller such as Overseas Best Buy.

The time range for my adapters indicated that it would arrive several days to a week prior to my trip. Unfortunately, it arrived at least three days after I left, rendering it useless

I got exactly what I needed, adapter plugs for Japan. Best deal I found on the internet. Arrived safely at my home. I could follow the tracking very easily. Very, very satisfied.
