The pharmacy portion of this store is insane since all of Connie's RXs got transferred here. They do not answer the phone and there is always a double digit deep line to pickup. I feel bad for pharmacists that work here, they seem miserable.

Cashier had to restart my payment 3 times because he wasn't paying any attention to the transaction. He was focused on the special needs cashier next to us, struggling to find another customer the right cigarettes. Even though both the customer and other cashier were getting increasingly frustrated with each other, he helped neither them nor me AT ALL. Luckily for the customers behind me, a very nice young lady stepped up and opened a 3rd register, which doesn't seem like it should be necessary when the line only had 3 customers.

Pharmacist Clare was great, however, the technician (a woman with glasses, couldn't see her name on name tag) was HORRIBLE! 5:45 PM appointment, and after dealing with a very rude and unprofessional attitude, my son and I finally had our shots an hour later.Being dismissive towards my fiance because??????......he is on disability maybe? I don't get it. Also, being super exasperated because apparently the tech could see "like five different cards...sigh". Well, I haven't discovered a way to delete old information and I hardly think I should be given attitude over it. So disappointed, I think it's time to find a new pharmacy.

This Walgreens, the pharmacy really, is a nightmare. They have been woefully understaffed for like 2 years. While the pharmacists seem smart and knowledgeable, they are harried. The other staff seems like a party of dunces. It seems like every time I go there, I have to wait in a 20 minute line. It takes more than a day for a simple refill order. Then, if something is out of stock, no one calls you. It just sits in the netherworld. And calling? Forget it. No one answers the phone. You call and get placed on eternal hold until someone finally hangs up on you. You hear them pick up the phone and then just put on hold repeatedly. Then there is the one lady who gets all crazy enforcing rules that don't apply to you, fills the wrong prescriptions (which I really don't understand because I thought everything was digital now), and is incredibly rude on top of all of it. I mean being understaffed was an excuse I could understand for a while but at this point--get your act together!! My family spends thousands at this pharmacy every year. It is very convenient location-wise but I really need to pull all our scripts and move them to Mariano's or something. This place that is supposed to be helping my health, is taking years from my life!!

Waited 20 minutes for picking up an online order. I found the bag right behind a worker in 5 seconds. Very unprofessional and I have to do the job for them. You need to pay me Walgreens, not the person standing behind the counter and did nothing:)

Bad quality photos printed with line through them. Had a challenging time returning them. No apology, just rude and confused service staff, including manager. Avoid getting photos printed and this Walgreens location unless you would like to be treated rudely!

Made an appointment for a flu shot at 11am. Arrived at 10:50am to do paperwork. Was told the pharmacist was going on break at 11am and I'd have to wait 40 minutes until 11:30am. What?! First, they knew I had an appointment. Second, because I had an appointment, they had all my contact information. Did they call and tell me there was a conflict? NO. Did they text and say there was a conflict? NO. Did they email and say there was a conflict? NO. They waited for me to show up, and told me to wait. That's 0 star service.
