While headed to the Green Bay Trail for a run, I found this United States Postal Service (Glencoe Post Office) to be the closest near the trail while enroute. At the time, I had an eBay shipment that needed to be shipped out. I took a liking to its cute building which sat in a classy looking area nearby Glencoe Village Hall right in the heart of Glencoe! Via Village Ct, I was able to veer quickly into a parking spot rather than entering off of Hazel Ave. Along with its cute building exterior, the inside environment gave off a very positive vibe rather than a negative one. As I waited to be seen, I adored the postal clerks' interaction with a customer ahead of me, who had a young daughter. The interaction appeared so genuine which put a smile on my face immediately while in line and as I moved towards the counter to be helped. As someone who visits post offices regularly whether it be for Poshmark or eBay shipments, the postal clerk presented one of the friendliest vibes I have ever encountered at any post office location.After giving the clerk my package, he questioned me if it had anything liquid or hazardous inside then explained to me the shipment options for my package which I always choose the cheapest, hehe. As a Poshmark Ambassador on Poshmark, and someone with a 100% positive feedback rating on eBay as long as the package gets to my buyer I am always satisfied. I was on my way in minutes. I am terrible at doing the surveys pertaining to my visits at post offices, but best believe I always share some sort of a review. Being that I had a great experience, I would gladly utilize this United States Postal Service (Glencoe Post Office) again when in the area. ~ Embrace the journey. ~Thomas G

The staff at the Glencoe Post Office went above and beyond to help our family track down two very important packages. Specifically, Loan and Irwin were instrumental in locating and then personally delivering these precious parcels. We can’t thank them enough for their caring and understanding. Truly stellar customer service, an absolute credit the the US Postal Service. We are lucky to have them in Glencoe.Geoff

Wow this was the most outstanding experience I have ever had at a post office to mail my tax return. There was one person helping someone when I walked in and they were so friendly. Another worker who was on break came to his counter and said come on over. He was so helpful and funny doing it I actually enjoyed going to the Post Office the first time in my life. Keep up the great customer service which is so hard to get now a days.

The tall dude that is always at the post office is incredibly rude, talks over you and gives out incorrect information when you’re asking for basic info. Find another post office to go to

I have an online business, so this usps office is my second office. All of the employees are amazing. They are very discipline with all the rules for social distancing. They are constantly trying to be better and more efficient. The latest was putting a big trolley for all the prepaid packages to be drop off. In other offices I was very hesitant on leaving my packages without a scan. On this location they scan ALL THE PACKAGES!

Well, I'm not sure about 2018, but 2019 must be a better year ;-) A cute little building in a cute little town near the cute Village Hall. With a rockstar parking spot right out front, I had a prepaid label with a package and came in to drop it off so I could get a receipt in order to track it. I was probably one of their easiest customers of the day. Just drop off, get a receipt and go. There was a little hiccup with my package, only from the sense that the guy behind the desk said it was a little bit off in weight. He was nice and gave me some advice to weigh it in the future, beforehand, to make sure it matches with the label. He didn't give me any hassle (he could have) and took the package, gave me the receipt, and I was on my way in about 15 minutes. Helpful service. No drama!
