“Worked with Elman to look at an XC70. I am out of state and would be in the area visiting family when I inquired about the Volvo. Elman took me seriously as a buyer despite this. Communication is superb - when other buyers were looking at the car he let me know so I was informed while on the way to the dealer. I didn't put a deposit down so I knew it may not be there. It did sell, but Elman was upfront and communicated the whole way so I knew where we stood. I wound up looking at many different vehicles, but none worked for us. All the staff there was very friendly. What stuck out the most was that it was a dealership full of proper car enthusiasts - and it showed with the vehicles on the lot. Everyone there had a genuine passion for great driving cars and their inventory reflects that with beautiful colors and interesting trim packages and rare cars. It is a shame I couldn't find the right car from them. Highly recommend to any buyer, especially enthusiasts and out of state buyers.”

“I bought my current car (about three weeks ago) from this dealership. For three months, I was looking online in Chicago suburbs for a pre-owned car. When I arrived at Chicagoland, I went to see three cars including one at this place. I end up buying another make and model from this dealer, just because of how great the inventory was.Both cars (the initially selected one and the one I bought) were pre-owned but clean, in great working conditions and fully serviced.I bought my car with 64k miles on it from this place. The car was fully detailed, fully serviced with 4 new tires and 4 new break rotors.I am a picky person in pre-owned cars and I could not find any reason to pass on this car.As I glanced at the inventory, all of the cars were serviced and detailed. As a customer, you can usually tell the degree of dealer's attention to the cars' condition and importance of the reputation by looking at the inventory.The owner and employees were friendly and the process was fast. I definitely recommend this place for buying a car.”

“I recently purchased a slightly used 2012 BMW Z4 sDrive35i from iCars Chicago. At first when I called I was concerned about purchasing a car over the internet, I had never purchased a used car this way. I spoke with a gentlemen named Jasin and requested videos of the car and Jasin immediately went out and shot videos of the areas I requested and texted them to me. After speaking with him several time on the phone that day I became comfortable with making this purchase. All of this happened on January 6th, 2024, I authorized the down payment with a credit card that same afternoon. Jasin sent me paperwork to sign and return and I wired the money for payment of the car on the following Monday. Jasin assisted in making the shipping arrangements and had the transport company pick up the car the same day and delivered to my home in Ghent, KY the following day, Tuesday afternoon. Two days later on Thursday morning I drove the car to our local BMW Dealer in Cincinnati, OH and they confirmed the car was in excellent condition with actual mileage of 11,600 miles. It is an amazing car I would not hesitate to purchase another car from iCars Chicago. Make sure to ask for Jasin, he earned my trust and respect in just a few hours.Richard W.
