Visiting from out of state and needed a place to work out for a few days so I emailed unify and Leslie responded to me immediately, said it wasn't a problem. There's a minor fee that they call a "drop-in fee". The facilities very nice and clean also the people and trainees there are very pleasant, yes I highly recommend unify.

I love coming in the mornings to work out, because there's not many people around and I don't have to wait to use the equipment, because there's enough for everyone.The building is clean and new, and the people who come here, sanitize what they use afterwards as well. The monthly membership is affordable as well.

After having my 4th child, I wanted to fast track getting back into shape and unify was the perfect answer! I talked with the owners about what type of workouts I was interested in and they set me up with Dennis. His training style is always challenging, diverse & after every session I leave feeling stronger and closer to my fitness goals. He will also help you achieve your fitness goals safely which is the best part! Highly recommend! Plus, the gym itself has a ton of great equipment and is always spotless!
