I had my brows waxed and tinted by Emily and WOW did she do a great job. I have fair skin and non-existent super light brows, and generally when they are tinted they are pretty dark for a couple of days and lighten with some scrubbing in the shower. But the color and time she left the color on was the perfect combo for me. I was so happy that I called her a couple of days later to tell her how much I loved them! ?I’ll be back for sure!

Dr. Taub has been my doctor since she opened her clinic in Lincolnshire over a decade ago. She is phenomenal. The ‘epionce’ Medical Barrier Cream is the best thing I have found for chapped lips. It may come in a large package but trust me it ROCKS!!

When I called with a question/concern about the product I purchased, the woman I spoke with was very unprofessional. I felt she suspected I wasn't being truthful, she talked over me on the phone, and eventually hung up on me. Very disappointing and upsetting.

The Lincolnshire location does a better job of recommending the correct products. I came on for moisturizer and the sales associate sold me sun screen. When I came in for a return, I had to fill out a three page form to exchange the product for the one I needed.
