I did not feel like a number with their service and they would call/email/contact me when they had questions or when their work was done. Also, they give me a great price. “I filed a request for a 24x36 poster board on a Monday.The interface for the artwork submission was very user friendly and intuitive.After submission a team member reached out very quickly to give me a quote and I accepted.He said it would be done by Thursday, but alas it was done a day early!They emailed me and I was in shortly after to pick it up. From Stephan (the manager) to every other employee I've interacted with (especially xxx whose name I'll add once I ask him for it), I always leave the store feeling better than I did walking into it. I was planning to drive out to Staples much farther away to get some because I needed a set to archive my 2023 planner because my current set is now being used for my 2024 planner (I'm a nerd and save all my old planners as though they were journals).
