I have had my account compromised twice... the people who answer the phone "dulce" "john" whoever they are are unhelpful. wait time on the phone is ridiculous.... no one answers... over the phone Customer service number is always wrong.

Absolutely terrible place to have an auto through!!!! Customer service is terrible, on hold for 1hr and 30 minutes and get directed to Canada where yet another person is rude to me! Had an accident one month ago and am still trying to give them my money to pay off the loan! Trying to pay someone $5,000 has never been so difficult! Astonishing that a business can be run like this, still haven’t gotten any answers or contact with anyone and it’s going on 2 weeks. Terrible!

We have our car loans through them and they always mess up our payments and trying to get someone to fix it is a hassle and quiet frankly Wells Fargo handled my other car loan so much better than this terrible bank. Unprofessional and flawed is all this Bank is.

Worst bank ever, has been and continues to be. I continually get incorrect information, no explanation for service fees, inaccurate minimum account balance requirements and customer service reps that just waste your time with double talk because they are either ill trained or simply do not know their job.
