  Awful customer service. I wanted to know who closed an account I had several years ago and they gave me the runaround for 2 weeks before telling me there is nothing they can do.

  Worst customer service ever experienced . Loyalty means nothing and good luck getting someone on the phone in less than an hour.

  I have had my account compromised twice... the people who answer the phone "dulce" "john" whoever they are are unhelpful. wait time on the phone is ridiculous.... no one answers... over the phone Customer service number is always wrong.
