They make you feel like a piece of dog doo doo. They don’t say anything to you and the speak their native tongue in front of you . They’re like a chop shop in downtown Glencoe . Very disappointed with their attitude .

Horrible business owners that take it upon themselves to "cancel out" customers!! I was a customer for well over 2 years and in that time during COVID. I had to reschedule my appointments on three different occasions. I gave ample notice between 3-5 days before my scheduled appointment. In the past three weeks I have tried to get an appointment for a manicure. Every time I called the owner gave me times to choose from and when I committed to a time block would then ask me for my name and phone number. Thereafter the owner would then claim "sorry no openings available" AFTER he said there were openings. Today I called and the same outcome occurred. I called, the owner gave me times to choose from and again, said "no openings" once I gave him my name and number. SO, I had my boyfriend call to schedule an appointment using his phone number and low and behold...got an appointment for a manicure. IT GETS WORSE!! I show up for the appointment my boyfriend made for me. The owner (the one who kept saying "sorry no openings available"to me over the past three weeks) looks at me and said "sorry a mistake was made...no openings". Livid and furious does not describe how I feel about my horrific experience. He told me because in the past 2 years I canceled prior appointments (mind you..with ample notice) and he refused to service me. For those seeking services...do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere!! For the amount of money they charge there are plenty of other small business owners who can use your income to keep their business afloat WHILE providing excellent customer service. The owner at Bien Assorti is a liar and horrible business person. Wouldn't be surprised if he runs himself out of business for lack of customer service. He forgets that's it's the customer's revenue that keeps his doors open.

My mom, sisters and I have been going here years. The owners know us all by name and always make sure they provide the best experience/service. From manis and pedis to massages and waxes, Bien Assorti is a great spot. We have our favorite manicurists and they don't rush through the service. High recommend.

I went to this salon first time on 07/15/20. I passed the salon many times and always wanted to give it a try. After my bad experience at the previous salon I was apprehensive. But the experience turned out the best I ever had. Sally was very professional, thorough and very gentle. She took her time to do an excellent job. I like my pedicure and manicure a lot!!! Salon was clean and modern with huge selection of nail polishes. I will definitely come back to Sally. And will recommend her to everyone I know. Thank you. Your happy costumer Yana.

I often pass this salon while driving. But this time I decided to try manicure and pedicure in there. After my bad experience at the previous salon I was somewhat apprehensive. But my experience turned out as the best I ever had. My technician Sally did a wonderful job. Very thorough, professional and gentle. Salon is very clean and professionally equipped. Huge selection of nail polishes. I will definitely come back and refer my friends. Thank you Sally. Your happy costumer Yana.

This place has inconsistent service. I've been to this place twice. The first was decent. The second time, my cuticles started splitting and hurting the next day. It seems that the boss is only focused on getting as many customers as possible and hurries the workers, not giving them enough time to pour attention into each customer. I would not recommend going here, I will definitely be visiting other nail salons instead.

My cuticles started bleeding after they cut them and they still hurt almost a week later. I’m worried it may be infected. After the worker saw they were bleeding, she continued to use cuticle dissolver and acetone on those nails, which made my nails burn. There also were no drivers available when I was done, and when one was available the hand drier was broken. The manicure also flooded my cuticles but it’s not too bad.
