We had a great experience! The facility is extremely clean and welcoming. I so appreciated that I didn't have to make an appointment, but could just walk in. We were ushered into a room right away, and seen by the doctor very soon. The vet was friendly with myself and my children and very gentle with my cat. We will look forward to our next appointment!
Now we have a dog and took her in to be spayed. They were so gentle with her, and I very much appreciated the cute letter they sent home, telling us about everything that happened, written from her perspective. I have no doubts she was incredibly well cared for!

Dr. Sarah Pruss from Wheaton Animal Hosp was a fantastic doctor. Very compassionate! She took such good care of Honey! We also loved the aftercare letter that was sent home with Honey! I very much recommend Dr. Pruss and Wheaton Animal Hosp.

Brought our puppy in for her first visit. Staff was nice, quick and efficient. Vet was super nice and informative.

We've been very happy with the care and compassion shown by the vet and support team at WAH. I love that they are a walk-in clinic. It is so convenient and they are fully staffed to help patients right away.

Dr. Cole is the best Vet out there! Brought my Dog Branna in for what we thought was a puncture wound only to find out it was a MCT, he did the surgery asap and did a wonderful job. 5 days later and she is back to her daily walks. Now to wait for the grade of the tumor, Dr. Cole has shown nothing but compassion through this whole process. Cost was a lot less than I had expected also.

My cat had urinary issues for the third time in 4 weeks. I already had seen 2 emergency vets and when my cat seemed sick again I found out that WAH takes walk-ins. I called ahead and they said to come in and I was so relieved that i didn’t have to go to another emergency vet. The people at the front desk were friendly and quick to check us in. We didn’t have to wait at all. To my surprise they also were able to get urine and blood from my cat without problems which was a miracle to me because I’ve seen his reactions to that attempt at previous vets. The Dr. was knowledgeable and answered my 1000 questions patiently. She diagnosed my cat and sent us home with medication and information me about his condition and what to expect going forward. I definitely recommend them.

i was happy that they had people who spoke Spanish and English it made it easier for appointments and they were so sweet and kind will go agene and they are reasonable price for cat care .

Had my bully neutered here recently. He does not get along with other dogs but the staff all went out of their way to keep everyone safe. The staff and docs were awesome! Thanks

Not good, misdiagnosed my dog and told us she had pancreatitis when she didn’t. Had to confirm with another vet because I could tell they didn’t do their due diligence in their assessment. Also over priced.

I have a rescue dog from paws they referred me to go there. The first visit was OK my second visit and third visit. The clerks were kind of rude and I don’t know why it was like they didn’t want my business. The third time I went there the dog was. due for shots and a physical I got charged $375. I didn’t have a stool sample so I bought it back two weeks later they had no record of me or my dog on file and kept asking me am I sure I’m in the right place when I have a receipt and a bank receipt as well so I don’t know about this place. I think I may take my dog somewhere else because if they’re rude to the customers no telling what they doing to my dog when they take them behind the doors and I can’t see.

Andrea is great. Milo is not an easy dog to groom. I transferred Milo to Wheaton Animal Clinic because I saw dogs coming out after grooming and they look so happy and cute. I am grateful that I have found her to take care of my Milo.
