These pharmacy workers are working their asses off! They have my respect, dealing with customers from polite to total a-holes. They deserve raises! WALGREENS: don't be cheap, pay these people more! Appreciate them!

Worst Walgreens ever. Don't waste your time coming here. Everyone is rude, and the store is always messy and disgusting.

I was absolutely baffled as I was the next customer in line, standing a foot away from the register and patiently waiting my turn while the previous customer left, when the employee (Suzanne) called over the next customer behind me, who was a USPS worker buying personal items. She allowed her to cut in line because she wanted the USPS worker to take a package with her, and completely ignored the fact that I was already standing there waiting with my wallet out ready to buy my items. It was the absolute rudest thing, with no apology from either person. Had I not needed money over at that moment, I would have walked out. You can guess that I won't be shopping here again.

As far as Walgreens goes this is a decent location. Clean place and the people in the pharmacy are nice and quick.

Really disappointed to hear the cashier scam the elderly gentleman in front of me to sign up for a credit card. Heard her ask "do you want to receive $25 in Walgreens cash by just answering 4 questions?" No mention that it was a credit card. When I heard those questions included his soc sec and income, I asked if it was a credit card, to which she responded yes. The man didn't speak English well, so not sure it he understood.

Pharmacy staff refused to give me the covid booster shot because I have Aetna Insurance. I was informed that Aetna was recently bought out by CVS and as a result would not give vaccines or flu shots to customers with Aetna insurance. When I called my insurance company, they told me it didn't matter where I went to get the shot, they would cover it regardless, it was Walgreens decision to turn me away. I wish they would have mentioned this on their website when I made the appointment. I waited 15 min just to check in, then another 10 min while staff decided if they'd give me the vaccine or not, then I was turned away. Apparently Walgreens only cares about giving life-saving vaccinations to CERTAIN people.

i moved to this area about a year ago . i never had a problem with this particular walgreens . especially it being in glen ellyn. today i got some pictures from the t-mobile app cause they have awesome deals on there every Tuesday. but thats besides the point . me and my husband walk in . were standing at the counter for about 5 mins not too long but the intercom kept coming on that we needed service . so i took it upon my self to check the aisles for any employee. well i sure did . about three of them standing in a group . didnt bother say anything so we waited a little longer till they were done socializing. lady comes to us not even behind the counter and goes what can i get for you guys. well we have a pickup . we say. and another employee comes strolling around the corner , she starts playing on her phone while sipping her dunkin drink ( red head) completely unprofessional. the lady taking care of us goes to look back at her ignorant coworker and goes "can you take the next guy in line" well what you think . the one red head girl turns around with her dunkin drink taking care of this guy. now i know im not in the twilight zone .. but theres a pandemic going on . i felt highly disappointed with this service . even on my way out said have a good one no responses. theyre obviously miserable with they're job the way they handle customer service is like honky tonk complete irrational.

It has been all most 3 years at this location and my go to Walgreens. Stop in today as I was driving by. To my surprise the cashier was one of the ones that was there 3 years ago. I recognized her. Store was clean and even 3 years ago the employees were friendly. We were in and out fast. Just needed a few things before heading home. Glad we choose to stop as this location

This Walgreen's pharmacy advertises they are open until 5:00 p.m. I arrived at 4:45 and waited 10 minutes while the pharmacist was on the phone. No other customers waiting. I asked to have a single Rx filled while I wait. The lazy pharmacist said I should take it to the 24 hour Walgreen's on Roosevelt Road (3 miles away) because she wanted to leave at 5:00! I took the Rx to CVS on Roosevelt instead. It took the pharmacist 5 minutes to fill my Rx. CVS will now be my preferred pharmacy. If Walgreen's doesn't want to accept orders until 5:00 they should adjust their closing time accordingly.

Usually not a bad experiance however today, a Sat about 1230p and they have 1 person working .. Not sure if they were having all their breaks at the same time but there was the one girl at the register and thats it. There was another girl who was eating at the other register but was not taking care of cuatomers. I know people need breaks but if your going to eat please dont do it at the register and maybe wait till there are not 6 people in line. Hopefully it was just an off day for them.

If you go anytime after 5pm, there is no such thing as a quick trip to this Walgreens. Cash register line is unbelievably slow and long and computers are often down.
