I ran over some debris on highway following a truck transporting what appeared to be furniture. No immediate damage was noticed until I tried to enable cruise control. Our insurance company recommended West Suburban. The team at West suburban was thorough and extremely communicative through the whole process. They identified the debris damaged our front leoximity sensors. There was also some minor body damage to the front grill. They explained the damage and process to acquire the parts and complete the repair. The repair took longer than expected but West Suburban was proactive in keeping us in the loop. They also completed much of the work during the Thanksgiving holiday week. The overall process was seamless and we got our car back fully repaired as expected. We highly recommend West Suburban for anyone major car body or repair work!

Amazing service all the way around. The woman at the front desk was very friendly and knowledgeable. The mechanics are extremely skilled and they work quickly. I was updated every step of the way. This is a wonderful business.

Owner is a idiot went for estimate. Got the job done way cheaper. At another bodyshop avoid this place at all cost plus the owner is very rude thinks he knows everything.

We previously used this business one year ago for a repair after an accident and were extremely happy both with the quality of work and the price. Recently, we had another accident with the same car and both Will and John went above and beyond all expectations in assisting us. Had a problem with the front end of myof my 2006 Toyota dropped in and less then an hour later it was repaired despite the fact that some of the parts are no longer available. They did anexcellent job at an excellent price.I could not be more impressed.

Do you ever hesitate to leave an awesome review for a business because you know it's going to help bring that much more business where, when you need them again, they'll be so busy you'll have to wait much longer for your OWN service? Yeah, that's West Suburban Auto Body. Will & John are phenomenal and have now helped us repair our 2 primary vehicles on three separate occasions in the last two years. Not only would I never look elsewhere for auto body repair work, I will always recommend my insurance clients have their repair work completed here. Love you guys!, and not in a weird way

Highly Recommend!!! I have had to take a couple cars to West Suburban over the years (unfortunately). They have always been professional, performed 'top notch' work. Both John and Will have gone out of their way to make sure I was taken care of.
