Pharmacy has become nothing but insane wait times and constant attitude. I understand they are busy, I'm sure every pharmacy is busy, something needs to be done about it. The attitudes from almost all the workers here are horrible and this is over several visits. They will also restock and cancel your prescription well before the window is up.

Disappointed with the service at this Walgreens in the pharmacy department. They don’t bother to call when your medicine is ready and when you call to ask about it, they give attitude. I was told my meds would be ready in 30 minutes. An hour goes by I hear nothing so I call just to be told it will be another 30 minutes. Ridiculous. Get better staff.

I usually dread going to the pharmacy because I’ve received such terrible service but today I checked out with Dawn. She was so nice and personable, she made my service enjoyable!

The gentleman who helped me out with a Fed Ex package I wanted to ship showed me the greatest customer service ever. He was all about helping me and was genuinely concerned about me not spending extra money. I’m glad I came in today because it was a pleasure.

My W app informed my Rx was ready for pickup. I had until 7/19 to get the medication. Today, 7/18 I head to Walgreens to get that medication. Their crew restocked it. Why? No idea. So let’s wait 30 mins for a box to have a Rx sticker on it. Thanks Walgreens.

It would be nice if someone picked up once in a while for the pharmacy. I understand that you are busy. But putting people on hold indefinitely when you aren't ever going to pick up is frustrating. Since there is no way of getting a person on the phone, when you say that our medication will be ready in about an hour, but after 5 hours you are told that they are still working on it is also frustrating especially if you live farther away and never receive any text messages saying that it's ready for pickup. The only 24 hour pharmacy nearby, but it may be better if you wait for another non 24 hour place to be open to get your medication the next day. I hope something can be done to improve the service at this location.

Coming in for an emergency medication - pharmacists blew off my call made before closing, then closed as I walked in, and never answered my call to just answer a question. Choose a different location.

I was absolutely baffled as I was the next customer in line, standing a foot away from the register and patiently waiting my turn while the previous customer left, when the employee (Suzanne) called over the next customer behind me, who was a USPS worker buying personal items.She allowed her to cut in line because she wanted the USPS worker to take a package with her, and completely ignored the fact that I was already standing there waiting with my wallet out ready to buy my items.It was the absolute rudest thing, with no apology from either person.Had I not needed money over at that moment, I would have walked out.You can guess that I won't be shopping here again.
