Antonietta helped me find my perfect wedding dress. I’ve been to multiple places before Vieled by Chacha and I’m so glad I came here.All the dresses are custom made so there is not one dress that is the same. Therefore you can’t take pictures until you purchase the dress. You also can’t rent the dress, so all dresses are in tip top shape (plus Antonietta does a great job at maintaining the quality of the dresses)!All of the dresses are high quality and they aren’t too expensive. Antonietta even helped expedite my dress to arrive earlier than expected!

I loved my experience at Veiled By ChaCha! You are the only customer in the store for your appointment, so you get the best attention and customer service. Antonietta was so warm and welcoming and had a great knowledge of all the dresses I tried on. She was so easy to work with and I can't wait to wear my dress I bought here!

This is the place I found my DREAM dress! The owner, Antonietta, was truly amazing & made the experience so special. She was patient and so kind. The experience made me feel so special, as I was the only bride. It was not full of chaos with a million different people in the shop. It was intimate which allowed me to feel special and embrace the entire experience of finding my gown. I cannot say enough about how much I loved my experience here! Thank you so much Antonietta!

I came all the way out from downtown Chicago to Veiled by ChaCha for the creation of my custom veil after reading Antonietta's amazing reviews, and I'm so glad I did!! My custom veil really added the "wow factor" to my bridal look. The veil is high quality and you can feel the craftsmanship that went into making it. I also love that I was able to support a local, woman-owned business rather than purchasing something mass-produced online.My veil will now become a family heirloom piece for generations to come - so special! ❤️

I wish I could give 10 stars! I was at the point in my dress-shopping journey where I had gone to 6-7 places and was feeling fatigued and uninspired. But then I set foot in Veiled by Cha Cha and everything changed! Antonietta has such a beautiful collection of gowns that are unique and special. You are the only bride in there for your appointment so you feel very taken care of and attended to. Antonietta couldn’t have made me feel more comfortable and at ease; she pulled the perfect dresses for me to try on based on inspiration pictures I had sent her before the appointment. I said yes to a dress here and I’m so happy!! Thank you Antonietta & team!!

Words cannot express how much I enjoyed my experience at Vailed By ChaCha. Do to circumstances I came alone on my dress buying journey and I felt very shy about it. Antonietta made me so comfortable and inviting. She really understood the vision I wanted for my dress. She made me feel very confident and made the process extremely fun. I can't stress enough how much comfort I felt throughout my appointment taking my time looking at each option she pulled for me. I love how small and intimate the boutique is as well. Um, and the vails?! Beautiful and breathtaking. They may have some magic in them because it truly made my heart flutter the moment I put one on. Truly a little girls dream to reality. Definitely a must go when searching for a wedding dress! Antonietta was wonderful. All of her dresses are one of a kind and great quality. The whole experience felt personalized just to me. The salon is clean and very well kept. I couldn't have asked for such a special place to find my dream dress, along with a custom veil made by Antoinetta, that complements my dress perfectly! You can tell she really loves her job and making her brides feel their best. I can't recommend this place enough!

I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect when shopping for wedding gowns. From the moment we walked in, Antonietta was warm, welcoming and made me feel very comfortable. She already had a handful of gowns pulled for me, all of which were STUNNING and exactly what I was looking for. She did not rush me at all and made me feel good about myself in every single one. I highly recommend Veiled By ChaCha for all of your bridal gown needs. I wish I could go dress shopping with her all the time!

Was honestly not expecting to find my dress here... for no other reason than I didn't do my homework. I Google some places, saw a couple of cute dresses here that I thought I'd try on, and when I got there, I was blown away by the personal service right off the bat. Antoinetta was so kind during the pre-visit appt-setting emails. When I arrived, she had dresses already pulled both for what I wanted to see and others in my price range. The quality and selection far exceeded my expectations. The selection was vast: classic, unique, simple or ornate... she had them all, and they were all high quality. They were not the least expensive options out there, but they were not at all overpriced either. There were price ranges that should fit a wide range of budgets. You get what you pay for and my dress and my experience in the shop were worth every dime. I fell in love with a dress and was able to buy it on the spot and bring it home with me! It is perfect! This place is a gem and I HIGHLY recommend a visit if you're looking for your dress!

I had a great experience at Veiled By ChaCha! I bought my dress and earrings from here and had my mom's veil restored. They handled my veil with such care, and it looked as good as new. My dress came in ahead of time and was wonderfully made. I was very happy with the designer. Antonietta was very helpful and great to work with. I would highly recommend Veiled By Cha Cha for dress, jewelry and veil shopping :).
