An urgent petition is necessary to fire and replace all these clerks up to management level. How come this branch only hires thugs from the hood no one can't stand hear them talk and act while they drag their feet and give attitude? No wonder why everything is falling apart at this location, surprisingly in Glen Ellyn! Totally unacceptable low standard service.

Every time I visit this location the employees are always friendly and helpful. It’s impressive knowing there’s always a ton of people there but they still remain helpful and friendly. This is a great location for USPS.

My package got sent back to the post office after an attempted delivery to my house, however there was no adult home to sign it. When we called, the lady said to come back at 7:00, because the lady with my package didn't get back until 6:30. It was weird because they close at 6:30. However I still went with it.We called another time making sure they would still be open. Again, they said yes. We got there and I went in. The front door was unlocked, however the second door to actually get IN to the post office was locked. I knocked a few times and no one came until a lady saw me after 5 minutes and said "were closed" She kept trying to say that she had to take out the trash. So she left and told a lady in the back to help me through a small door. She said they were closed and when I told her what the lady said on the phone and showed her my package note that was left, she said it was weird someone told me to come back at 7:00. And yes, we did call the right post office.She told me to go have my mom sign it, and when my mom did, I got my package after they were closed!What a nice lady!!

I came here today to mail out my wedding invites, they were all stamped prior. When I arrived the lady was not kind of the bat, when I inquired about hand cancelled she became annoyed and told me they don't need to be hand cancelled. I expressed that because of the intricate cards inside and the handwritten calligraphy on the outside that we did not want them to go through a roller. She proceeded to toss the few envelopes that were out and walk to the back. At this point you could here the crashing of the cards into an empty bin. She came back and tossed the box back onto the counter and said have a good day. I asked her if she quite literally dumped those cards that are meant to be handled with some care, being the point of hand canceling. She responded with "they aren't going through a roller"There was no customer service here. She was not personable, welcoming or kind. You are better off at another post office if you have anything of importance going out. Let's hope my invites make it to where they need to go now...

Most of the times I’ve been at this location there have been only one clerk up front, however they work as efficiently as possible, are knowledgeable of the services provided, and are very courteous in my experience.

I would agree with the reviews that staff has improved greatly in the past few months. Also delivery has improved greatly too. Six months ago it wasn't unusual for us to get our mail as late as 9:00 PM! Now it's much closer to 5:00 p.m.As far as this location one of the best things is that the lobby is 24 hours and has a vending machine. I'm finding out the hard way how spoiled we are to have this in Glen Ellyn and that I took an envelope on a bike ride to mail, stopping at the Wheaton, Warrenville, Aurora, and Geneva post offices and finding none of them have a 24-hour lobby with vending. Warrenville had the only open one but solely for post office boxes.

I was worried about coming here after reading some reviews for passports. However, they took care of the 4 of us in under 30 minutes. They were extremely polite and quick. It helps to check the governments website and making sure you have all the required documents and photocopies before coming. There was only one other person there for passports and she was taken care of by a different agent so she didn’t have to wait for our family to finish (I know it can be annoying waiting on families).

I had 3 packages arrive at this post office on the same day from the same sender. All packages same size. Did I get them at the same time ? Of course not.... typical of this location.

Visited the other day. One person taking care of a family with passports. Line getting bigger. Second employee finally called out to help seemingly "relaxing behind the wall" to the back area. Provided no assistance whatsoever so I walked out. Complaint to the USPS never even acknowledged.

I previously would’ve given this location 1 star, but they seem to have made a leadership change. Tanya, who appears to be the manager, is exceptionally positive, happy, and helpful. Really appreciate her customer-centric approach. I’ve even noticed that other workers are a bit happier. Great work Tanya!

This location mishandled my mom’s packages. They would always replied that the system is down when asked about missing packages. Rude stuff as well. They never want to help you with anything.

let me start with a positive and then you can assume my displeasure.....I live on a small street in glen ellyn....maybe 7-8 total on both sides....we have really gotten close over the last year or two as we take the mail that was delivered to our house and walk it over to the rightful owners....going to the post office on dupage blvd...horrible ....when I need service I go out of my way to the wheaton office.
