Just a little advice. Staff should refrain from sharing their political opinions with clients. Perhaps some training would help. smh

Currently ATM is removed. As a long time user of this bank this was a big surprise. An indication of the ATM removal prior to going around the building would be highly useful. Also if you could direct people to the next available ATM would also be useful. Drive up hours are not convenient to a large number of people.
