Darlene is the worst real estate agent I have ever encountered. Don’t use her if you plan on selling your home. I attended her open house in Bloomingdale. I had a preapproval of $475,000 so over $175,000 over her asking price for the home she was selling. I was INTERESTED! I was ready to make an offer. She had what appeared to be family members sitting with her. Never said hello. Never approached me. Never answered questions. She prejudged me the second I walked in. She could have had a sale today. Please if you’re selling your home in Bloomingdale, if your contract expires with Darlene, I’ll buy it.

Lance and his team (Hanna, Deena) made selling my condo a pleasant experience. I was going to sell it by owner, not realizing what is involved....big mistake!!
