I like this bank because of the diversity of the staff. Most organizations feel that diversity only means White, Asian, and Indian or Pakistani, diversity means all ethic groups are working together as this particular location exemplifies where everyone feels comfortable interacting with the same type of diverse group of customers that enter this bank.
The staff at this bank are courteous and professional this was not the case numerous years ago. The only reason I cannot give this bank 5 stars is not because of the staff, but on a more corporate level the bank as a whole, diety not properly disclosing hidden fees when transferring funds from a regular savings account to your regular checking account I find that outlandish and unethical.

Wife and I came in with her mom to add me as a co-owner and to remove the mom. After getting locked out of zelle, I realized my debit card was not in my name but actually under my wife's as an authorized user. My wife recently checked, and her mom is still listed on the account. Now, we all have to go back to the bank together to remove her because the young teller did 1 of 3 things correctly (added me as co owner, yes, issued me my own debit card, no, removed mom from account, no). It's frustrating how many times we have to keep getting the whole squad together to get a simple task complete. The mom lives far and it's very inconvenient..

I love this location in general, due to it's diversity, most facilities are under the assumption that diversity is just descendants from India, Pakistan, Asia, or Latin America. That people who are older in age are more knowledgeable, that is an irrational and illogical assumption. This facility facilitates all races, colors, creeds, ages, sexes and religious views, which is what makes it amazing. When I observe a bank that facilitates all ethnic backgrounds in a professional and non bias capacity, that is the facility that I as well as others can embrace. This location exemplifies, professional customer service etiquette at their finest, courteous, knowledgeable, and very helpful is why this PNC location resonates with me. Great Bank

Horrible customer service! They act like I'm bothering them when all I asked for was a deposit slip! Nobody was nice, no smiles and no thank you. I go to a PNC out of my way just so I don't go to the Glen Ellyn one. I've tried over and over to give them a chance but every time it's always something there, not enough tellers, a customer argument, rude tellers and a rude unhappy miserable manager. There is poor leadership at that branch!

We called at 5:57 pm and nobody answered we were on our way to do a withdraw so we can buy a car and they would not let us in at 6:01 pm no mercy was shown I would never be part of Pnc and shame on them for doing this.

We had such a pleasant experience at this location! Jazmine was very professional and patient with me as I made 3 mistakes filling out a form. She was also very helpful, knowledgeable, and kind as she was able to answer all my questions. Keep up the great work! I've always had good experiences with PNC!

It’s not just this bank it’s all of PNC . They just keep taking more away from you. One of the reason I banked with them was because they offered easy and convent services. Now a lot of those services are being taken away. Everything I retired with from PNC no longer exists .

not coming back to this branch, Alexandria Dotson the smelly heavy set black chick who is the financial advisor here is ignorant, you don't look at my husband who is sitting on the side of me and say you cant answer his questions because he isnt on the account ummm excuse me he is sitting right next to me! and is responsible for me having the 6 figures I have in there and he is way more knowledgable then me which is why I brought him and noone has ever said that to us, just because you dont have a man to speak for you dont ruin mine. Thanks

PNC has decided to dictate to me where and when I can invest my own money. If I can't access and utilize my money as I see fit, it's not longer my money, you have robbed me.

These reviews live to up the reputation this bank has. I'd suggest to be tedious on who a manager is being put in place. You never know when someone may bring millions to a bank. As a station operator in process of owning a DSP this bank has failed me. Better now than later. If you plan on coming here, be prepared to get into an altercation. Do not recommend this bank.
