Horrible customer service! They act like I'm bothering them when all I asked for was a deposit slip! Nobody was nice, no smiles and no thank you. I go to a PNC out of my way just so I don't go to the Glen Ellyn one. I've tried over and over to give them a chance but every time it's always something there, not enough tellers, a customer argument, rude tellers and a rude unhappy miserable manager. There is poor leadership at that branch!

PNC has decided to dictate to me where and when I can invest my own money. If I can't access and utilize my money as I see fit, it's not longer my money, you have robbed me.

These reviews live to up the reputation this bank has. I'd suggest to be tedious on who a manager is being put in place. You never know when someone may bring millions to a bank. As a station operator in process of owning a DSP this bank has failed me. Better now than later. If you plan on coming here, be prepared to get into an altercation. Do not recommend this bank.

I have been a loyal PNC Customer for 15 years. When they moved to Illinois, they bought out my local bank and I stayed. I opened personal checking and savings accounts. I opened one of my first credit cars with them, paid off the balance, and have never missed a payment when due. 3 years ago I financed my personal vehicle through them. Have never missed a payment. Last week I decided to open a business account with them as I launched a new LLC for a business that I had already acquired service contracts for. Thinking that I would be treated as a loyal customer....these crooks took less than 24 hours to inform me that the business loan was declined, even though my credit score is over 750. I have no debt to income issues, and I am currently using less than 20% of my available credit. I was talked into applying for a buisness loan told I would pretty much be a shoe in, and all I have gotten out of it is a hard inquiry on my credit score and a bad taste in my mouth. I will be pulling all of my accounts from PNC and moving my auto loan to another bank. One where I will be treated like a human and not a number.

I'm sure PNC has some very good employees, but my experience with the car loan representatives today on the telephone banking line were sub-par. I was suppose to get a payment confirmation via email & never got it. I paid a large sum of money and had to call back to get a verbal confirmation. I would like this in writing due to the large amount of money that I paid. It should only take a few moments to send an email & I called approximately 3-hours ago. Please train your telephone banking representatives better.
