Respectfully, if I could give 0 stars I would. My dad bought my sister and I jackets for Christmas that were over $150 each. Because of style differences, we returned for store credit. Before either my sister and I could get back into the store to use the credit, it expired. $300+ out of the window and the owner couldn’t have been less helpful or more disrespectful. Is this even legal? Regardless, huge disappointment. Avoid shopping here! I have all the receipts to back this situation up if proof is needed.

I love Norabella Boutique. They have such a great selection and the prices aren't bad either. I can usually find something every time I go in there. I am giving the boutique a three star rating because of their return policy. I bought something and it went on sale two days later and they did not honor the sale price. They also will give you a store credit. You never get a refund. Make sure you if you buy something you love it!

My husband spent over $600 at this store the week before Christmas. We held our family celebration when everyone could be home, New Years Eve. When our daughters did not like two items they tried to return them January 2 but the store was closed all week. Then when opened he went back to return the items and they refused to refund even with the receipt saying too much time had passed. On top of that the clerk was not friendly. He called leaving a message to have a manager call. No call back. We try to shop local - but we warn everyone out there not to bother with this store and it’s less than friendly policies.

I have been a somewhat regular customer of Norabella since they opened. I spent $800+ there the week before Christmas. My two daughters loved most of what I got them. However, they did not like two coats I purchased. We tried to return the two coats on the week after Christmas, but they were closed for a week. Today, 1/19/24 I was finally able to make it back to the store. I was told I could only get store credit due to how long ago the items were purchased?! I explained that I came in right after Christmas, but they were closed for a week. (?!) So technically it has been three weeks. I was only able to get store credit. BUYERS BEWARE, you will not get a refund and sometimes shopping locally bites you in the rear end. I see there are a few other comments about this as well. Great job, you lost a $2,000+ a year customer over a measly $200 refund.

Absolutely loved this place. Stopped in by chance, while killing time with my sister, and found so many great clothes for this fall. I would shop here all the time if I lived closer. Will definitely stop by again if I'm ever in the area.

Just found Norabella and now have my new favorite pair of "go to" jeans! Owner was very helpful. Found a great sweater too and would like to go back to buy it in another color. Was happy to end up at Norabella for some basic, but pretty staple items after a day of dead end department store shopping where everything had crazy prints and patterns.

Cute clothes and friendly help generally but overly strict return policy. Returns with receipt get store credit only and some full price items are final sale (scarves for example) and this policy is not posted in the store. I am willing to pay a bit of a premium to support small business but will no longer shop here due to overly strict return policy.

Was not impressed because I was dumped like a hot potato when speaking with the owner, when she went from our conversation to someone else, in mid-stream. Had purchased a necklace there last year and the chain very quickly turned color, & not a good one. I saw another necklace & would have purchased it but even with an upcoming sale in a few days, she would not apply that discount then. She preferred 'no sale' to 'a sale'. Three times in the past I was lied to by someone who works there, so the other day was the final visit there.

I love the products, BUT the return policy is bad! I have purchased jewelry, candles, etc. in the last few months and I brought back a beautiful bracelet that broke after wearing twice. All she said was "try taking it to the jewelers and see if they can repair". I understand her policy on the receipt but she could have been a lot nicer about it. She ignored me and talked to other customers who came in after me.
