Finding a new bed can be very stressful but this experience was stress free and this mattress firm was so welcoming and accommodating.

My fiance bought a mattress for me from Kevin. Kevin was wonderful! I had spent the previous night trying to ‘fix’ my very old guest room bed (20+yrs old). Roy finally said ‘Just buy a new one already!’ lol Kevin was very patient and helpfull in helping me choose a new but affordable bed for the guest room. Thanks so much Kevin…. You are awesome!

Derek the sales associate was very professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Went in to the store to begin shopping around for a mattress and did not feel the need to look any further. Super nice guy, no pressure, good prices, good product, very happy.

We had an exceptional experience at the store with Derek who was friendly, experienced and knowledgeable about the mattresses and stands. Ricardo led the delivery at the home and took great care taking out the old and setting up the new bed stand and mattress. Best experience. Many Thanks.

OMG! Great experience at the Glen Ellyn MattressFirm. From the price down to the delivery date. Derek was the young man helping us so nice so courteous. He helped to make sure I got the correct mattress that would be great for me. And, you have a great selection of mattresses.
