“I do a lot of domestic shipping for my online business. In the past three years, I tried out 6 or 7 UPS stores in my area; I have to say this is THE BEST UPS STORE to do business with. Here are my reasons:1) People in this location are amicable, from the owner to everyone on his team. One time, I had a lot of items that needed to be shipped. The owner came out to the parking lot and helped me move my items inside the store. I have never experienced this level of customer service in any other USP stores.2) The store had dolley, a few flatbed carts you can use, which come in handy when you need to ship heavy items.3) This store is very well maintained and spotless.”

“I needed to print 2 sided pages that fold open (like a book). The manager (didn't get his name), was super helpful in assisting me with the print job and even informed me that the printer has a fold function. After 1 or 2 tests, we got it perfect and printed the rest of the 30 copies. Was super thankful for his help and appreciate that I dont have to fold 30 pieces of paper, which would have come out less than perfect. Very friendly staff all around.”

“Erin and her team are absolutely amazing. I won several lots of model trains from a local auction house and needed them shipped to me. The UPS Store picked everything up immediately, packed everything carefully, and shipped everything as economically as possible. This was not a small task, as the shipment was about 45 pieces, filling 9 boxes, weighing several hundred pounds in total. Not to mention, the trains are delicate and needed to be packed cautiously.I really appreciated the care, the speed, and the diligence to keep costs down! The actual shipping was almost half of what was quoted!! I was ecstatic.I'm completely blown away. “Service: Notary, copies and US Postal Service tracked mailing. We were first in line, waiting for the store to open. Siddhi (the owner) finally arrived and could not have been more sincere and sorry for opening late and quickly took care of our notary, copies and mailing. Siddhi took care of additional customers while completing our service, and processed all three customers in just a minute or two. In my experience, competitor stores would typically have taken 5 - 10 times longer than Saddhi did. She could not have been more knowledgable, focused or efficient! I will be confidently bringing all of my shipping (including Amazon returns) to the Bartlett USPS Store!”

Made an appointment for by kids to get passports, or so I thought I did, the man that helped us was like, not a problem I'll do it. He told me where I forgot to hit confirm. He was so nice. Even the ladies working here seemed super nice and friendly. We were in and out in about 15 minutes. Thank you Streamwood post office for making my kids first post office visit exceptional!”
