“I am the owner of this cleaners and want to clear a misunderstanding for the below review.It was a white top and black bottom dress. Black color from the bottom bled and ran over to the top white part during cleaning and became grey.Although it’s very rare, it does happen especially on first cleaning. Since it’s defected, you can usually return it to the store.I thought you were going to talk to your wife and try to find a receipt, but since I have not heard from you, I thought you or your wife returned it already.We have been at this location for about 15 years and been in cleaning business for about 30 years. We know how to clean and handle clothes but obviously, don’t know how to explain situations.We are sorry for a misunderstanding. Although unfortunate situations happen, we try very hard to provide best quality and service for every single customer.”

“Great cleaners - have used them a couple times a month for 10 years. Prices are good and the cleaning is very consistent. I’ve never had an issue with a lost garment or damage (aside from an occasional button, which they’ll replace without charge). Much better overall results than I have found with other cleaners. Worth checking out - would highly recommend them!”

I needed precise alterations done on many household items and Mi accomplished all the tasks beautifully. Every time I was dropping items off I felt welcomed and was always greeted with a smile. “I had my wedding dress cleaned here for my 25th wedding anniversary so I could wear it again and they cleaned it and made it look brand new like the day I wore it the first time I was in shock!I also had a beautiful red dress taken in and had some other changes and she did a fantastic job.The price for both was a lot less than I expected and the time frame was less than a week!I recommend them all the timeServices: Wedding gown cleaning”
“J&K Cleaners in Naperville did a wonderful job cleaning my three braided wool rugs. All three rugs were rather dusty and dirty and I was not sure I was going to keep them. But, after getting them dry-cleaned at J & K they looked just like new. I also thought the price was reasonable. I paid $107 (includes taxes) for a 5 x 8, 3 x 5 and 2-1/4 x 4 rugs. It took maybe a month or so to get them cleaned but the wait was worth it. The very nice woman at the counter gave me the date when they'd be done and she was exactly right. She also helped me get the rugs into the store and also out when I picked them up. I am recommending this cleaning service to my friends and family.”

“My Dryer had stopped working and I needed someplace close to my work that would allow a drop off to dry my Clothes. Came in to QuickSpin and Jan was very professional and pleasant to work with. She was happy to assist me in drying my clothes for me. (Yes there was a charge). When I returned to pick them up, they were all folded neat and ready for me to pick up. I am so grateful for Jan and her helping me in a tough time!”

“I've only used the cleaning services (I always recommend people go to a dedicated tailor for significant alterations), but I find this place friendly and reliable. I really like the way my clothes look and feel when cleaned here - no smell, nice to the touch, not harshly and heavily pressed in the way that wears out your shirts. I buy quality clothes, dress sharp most days, and am a stickler for details. It may not be the cheapest, but it's environmentally friendly and your fine clothes will be treated gently and come out looking great. I like the location so I haven't felt the need to go elsewhere.”

“I was happy with the dry cleaning and the careful way they hang the clothes however I had a suit jacket with wrinkles remaining on the front. The ladies are very nice and they have lots of work so I said nothing. My guess is that this probably doesn't happen often. I had many items dry cleaned and had issues with only one garment. I'll be back there for sure.”
“This is the best dry cleaners in all of the western suburbs. The owners and staff are friendly, and they do an excellent job of taking care of all our suits, dresses, shirts, sweaters, etc. Very professional, and consistent wonderful care. They always call me by my name, and when I had knee surgery last year, they helped me put the dry cleaning in my car. Lovely business, lovely people.”

“Had to wash a couple sweaty sleeping bags after camping up north. This place is nearby and there is a bar a couple doors down! The staff is super friendly and helpful and they have a lot of machines as well as drop off service. They sell some snacks and they even had a small section of nonperishable food labeled for those in need to take home. Just really great people running a great small business!”
“The washers and dryers work really well here, and it's pretty clean overall. I saw staff walking around pretty consistently, either cleaning the floors, maintaining machines not in use, or otherwise keeping things running smoothly.On the downside, the touchscreens on the card machines seem kinda janky. It took me several attempts to buy a new card with the amount I wanted on it. Also not a fan of the really drab, gloomy grey interior. They also have a LOT of TVs with the volume turned WAY up. Couple this with the echo from the high ceiling and it can get incredibly noisy in here. Also they have a vending machine for snacks, but no drinks, strangely. Guess you can get something at the Jewel nearby if necessary.4 stars overall, decent place to go when I have more laundry than the tiny stacked unit in my apartment can handle.”

“This service from Hawthorne is so over the top I had to post a review. They offer free pickup and delivery which is awesome. We have to get clothes turned around quickly because of a job where my husband travels. Always accommodate the quick turnarounds with a smile. A few weeks ago, my husband forgot to pick up a suit he needed for the next day and they were closed. He left a message and the owner herself actually personally delivered them to our house after business hours. Just incredible. Can't say enough about the service and kindness!Services: Delivery”
