Though the groomers are highly skilled, the staff is incredibly unprofessional.Confirmed my appointment the day before, then 3 hours before i am supposed to show up, they try to change the time. When i say i cant, they ask me to call, just so they can ask me to change the time again. To which i told them again, i need to keep my time due to work, and if they need me to change i will have to cancel and find somewhere else to fit my schedule.After this they told me i am no longer allowed back in the store. Shocked, i asked what caused that reaction. I was told there was a note that i "threatened legality" in the past when i asked to no longer receive automatically scheduled appointments without my permission? (I purposely asked if they could leave a note so i could stop having to cancel appointments i didnt schedule myself, nothing illegal, just was trying to help)Groomer admitted the fault seems to lie on the staff consistently sharing partial information and keeping poor notes. Still refused to keep my appointment due to that staff members feelings?.... must have had important new Friday plans they wanted a jumpstart on....Appointment was at 1:30, photo shows the timeframe of reaching out. I called right when they texted, said i needed to keep my appointment. Everything seemed normal, but i got a call back a couple minutes later saying they cant service someone like me who treats staff so poorly? Even though i had no conversations in which i could have treated staff poorly? Genuinely confused about the whole scenario, but if you get a guy when you call just ask for the groomer instead and save yourself the headache of being ban due to his poor communication skills.

Thank you so much. I came in to have my dogs nails trimmed and use the grinder. She can be difficult but you handled her so well.

The team here is incredibly skilled and caring. Samantha always go above and beyond to ensure Carter feels comfortable and looks fabulous after every grooming session. Not only do they provide top-notch grooming services, but they also give great tips for maintaining my dog's coat between appointments. The facility is clean, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. Carter always leaves happy, and that's the most important thing for me.

We are so pleased with Brooke’s grooming of our dog, a wheaten terrier! This may be the best groom he’s had and we have had him for 11 years! We will be back!

I stopped by for the first time to look at their selection of cat items. Immediately as I walked through the door, an employee said "Why are people here", and then proceeded to greet me as if they were happy to see me. I wanted to turn around and walk back out the door. I bought a few items, but I will not be returning. The whole experience was very unwelcoming.

Staff here are always friendly and helpful. Brooke is so gentle and caring with our reluctant dogs when doing their nail trim/grind. They carry a broad selection of food, treats, toys and gear. I like that it's a small store -- you can find things easily and never have to search for someone to help you.

Kriser's is great. It's a good place to go if you are looking for specialty items that are hard to find at the bigger pet stores. They have healthy options and even some organic options. Definitely worth checking out for your little ones

I discovered Kriser's the morning after my young dog chased a skunk at 2am while I was visiting my mom. They got me in right away and Sam did a great job. It was my dog's first time at the groomer too! Now every time I visit mom, I book a grooming session with Sam. Thanks!

Always greeted with a smile and hello. The staff takes special care to help me socialize my 4 year old who was born at the beginning of the Covid epidemic. They have to best deals and special treats for a dog who's allergic to almost everything!

What a pleasant surprise. We needed to get our dogs nails trimmed as our veterinarian prices have gone through the roof. While shopping at trader Joe's I stopped in Kriser's which is in the same shopping place. They were very friendly and said we could walk in any time for a nail trim. The store also had a great variety of food, toys, and accessories for pets. We decided to go back and try them out. We went on Sunday afternoon. No wait and a very pleasant groomer. My dogs nails were trimmed very well and quickly. She was great with our dog and we paid $13 and left her a tip. I'll be back as it was a great experience!
