I never go to my local jewel because they are always out of sale ítems and ítems in the app. So I came to this location. They had everything i needed that was on sale. I will have to return to this location

Haven’t been here for a while but was recently in, great job on the remodel love the layout! Was greeted and help to find what I needed. Very friendly workers! Definitely coming back!

Jewel Osco is a great store and great pricing and selection, however avoid the western union counter, the staff is rude and not not trained, even the manager snapped at me

The Store itself is okay, I agree with others who have made a review concerning the produce not being that great. If you do not use it immediately it goes bad. The same with the meat department, you must look very carefully at those expiration dates I buy my produce and meat elsewhere! Majority of the staff is courteous, helpful, and very nice.
I only like to come to the pharmacy dept, when the assistant pharmaceutical, manager Diana is working, because she has a great sense of humor, helpful and makes excellent suggestions regarding over the counter products, very efficient and down to earth.
The new pharmaceutical manager Dan is okay, and seems to be a nice young man, but when he replaced the female manager that I admired and respected very much, the female students working for the summer in the pharmacy dept. attitudes when he would work, were not so professional, which is why I preferred to come in when I knew Diana was working, less stress and drama. The young ladies are still very young seemed to be mesmerized with his age and appearance which would create an uncomfortable environment.

I've never had a real problem for the 30 years I've gone here. You do have to keep your head on a swivel in the parking lot, the lanes should be one way instead of two way and some people drive like it's a highway. The employees are fine, I've had to return items occasionally with no issues. The app could be better, it's hard to tell sometimes whether you're getting the digital deals.
My only real complaint is they jacked up the prices for eggs to over $4 a dozen. That's ridiculous and I don't see why they did it. I hope not to punish customers because of any legal issues they're having.

That jewel is no good I have been going there for 5 years and there is a new ignorant obnoxious punk girl working there who wanted all my personnel information to buy a gift card .she is lucky she wasn't out side

I used to be an employee of Jewel Osco, and one thing I do not remember is racist employees targeting people of color. My friends and I came here to get some stuff for a picnic, and while we wear doing self checkout, the old white lady started hawking at us and insisted on “helping” us. While we do appreciate the help, this is not our first time at this store, and we know what we are doing. The fact that she came over and force her way and her opinions into a place where she was not wanted made us all feel like we were targeted, like racial profiling. I do not appreciate it, and even after stating that “we got it” the employee still lingers around like we are going to steal. Seeing such an employee at a beautiful store like Jewel Osco is deeply disappointing. I hope she gets a reality check, and the life she deserves.

Their bakery and deli is the best and affordable. I use their app and save quite a bit. It's not Aldi prices, but at least they're not going to break the bank, and they have a much bigger selection.

At about 11:15 AM on the memorial day weekend Saturday, I saw the general manager in front of this tiny little store chitchatting away with one of the regular customers and blocking the entrance exit. My father and I had to adjust a garbage can and I had to guide him around the woman who was talking to the general manager thoughtlessly. I have seen this general manager several times not doing anything! Not assisting any of his employees, not giving a word of praise, I’m just not exactly sure if general managers have any retail establishment or necessary. Give people the job tell them what to do and have them punch in and do it.otherwise clearly general managers just get in the way.
