This service from Hawthorne is so over the top I had to post a review. They offer free pickup and delivery which is awesome. We have to get clothes turned around quickly because of a job where my husband travels. Always accommodate the quick turnarounds with a smile. A few weeks ago, my husband forgot to pick up a suit he needed for the next day and they were closed. He left a message and the owner herself actually personally delivered them to our house after business hours. Just incredible. Can't say enough about the service and kindness!Services: Delivery

I have never seen service like this in my life. My husband travels for work and has to get his clothes turned around quickly. They deliver and pickup which is a wonderful service - for free. One time my husband forgot to pick up his suit on a Saturday, called them, and the owner actually delivered it to our door after hours on a Saturday. Just incredible. Over the top!

I always have a great experience here. I've had several dresses altered. The most recent being my daughter's homecoming dress. They work so well with delicate materials. Alterations are always perfect. They are professional, friendly and quick. The prices are a little high but the quality speaks for it.Service: Alterations

Fantastic service and super friendly. I’ve gone through many dry cleaners in my day, always having items lost or damaged. Not true here. I don’t even have to count my items prior to drop-off, and I don’t even have to tell the ladies there my phone number because they remember me. Nice discount, too!

I called to ask how much to press my dress shirt, and they said $2. When I arrived in person the rate changed to $5 because my shirt was "special"....

I'm waiting to get my short, former wedding dress cleaned, which is lined with beads and applique as I planned on using this dress for formal outings with my husband. Comparing a tulle dress and my short former wedding dress cleaned at the same time, the price difference was questionable at best (tulle dress = $17 versus former wedding dress = $65). For guys, my husbands' tux, which came with the jacket, pants, vest, shirt and tie, costed about $21. Who knew that a dress that would never be used for a wedding again would still cost so much? Let's see if the cost is worth it and I'll adjust the rating from there.

Only went there once just the other day, but I was more than pleased with the service. Very polite and I needed my suite dry cleaned and ready in a couple hours and they were happy to help. The suite looked fantastic when they were finished and their prices are great.
