The guy messed up my hair. He didn't follow any of the instructions. My hair are unevenly cut with few strands extending from rest of the hair. I had to get help from a friend to even my hair from the back. This was highly unprofessional.

Had a very bad experience this morning at Great Clips. Would not recommend going there as the staff was rude and unprofessional. Customer service was nonexistent.

I worked at this salon about a month ago I was checking out a guest and the manager told me to wait because the computers were down but the one I was on was working so I used it. The manager got mad because I didn't listen to her. Then when I walked a way she says you're done and I told her I don't like the way she was talking to me to get the owner on the phone. The manager (julinda) was very unprofessional on the floor she should have talked to me in the back room if she had a problem with me. Not on the cutting floor while customers are in the salon and in the chair. The owner (Al) didn't wanna hear my side of the story. That's the problem with these great clips. The owners always side with the managers but let me tell you theirs always two sides to the story.

They gave me the actual worst haircut I’ve ever had in my life that was nothing like I asked for. I asked for my hair cut to my shoulders, and I got an unevenly cut bob that is chin length instead. I am devastated, I look like a medieval peasant.
