I WOULDN'T SEND A DEAD DOG TO THIS PLACE!! LEARNED MY LESSON THE HARD WAY! IT WAS THE FIRST PLACE I SENT MY DAUGHTER TO, AND THEY TRAUMATIZED ME! I am looking at these reviews and trying to figure out how their reviews are this high. It is very misleading!! PLEASE, if you care about the sake of your child's health and well-being, do not send your child here!! THIS PLACE IS FILLED WITH ALL YOUNG PEOPLE WHO EITHER DON'T HAVE KIDS OR DON'T KNOW A THING A KIDS. AND ONE OLD LADY IN THE BABIES' ROOM. Unfortunately, I sent my daughter to this daycare for over six months. They seemed like a good daycare the day I was touring the facility, but as time passed, more and more things started to reveal themselves. Every time I would pick up my child, she had dried up snot all over her face, and not only that, that place started having a foul smell when I would walk into the facility like they were not cleaning anything at all. Yes, I get that kids cry, but why not use a wipe to ensure that their faces are clean? They will neglect your child and have them just crying in the crib, trying to get them to shut up. My mother and I witnessed it when we would drop in. They leave the kids to wipe their noses themselves, and that's exactly how the germs and sickness were spread constantly. Damn, nearly every month of my child being in the facility, she was sick, constantly coughing, and having diaper rashes because they would not change her diaper in a timely manner.This "day"care" is not dependable. It was days they would text our phone SAME DAY, stating that they did not have enough teachers to support the classroom, so I would have to pick my daughter up earlier. 10/11 am most days because of their need for more staff.Also, the director, Jill, was very rude. I would call her, and she would not answer, so I had to leave voicemails. Instead of returning my call, she would email me at the end of her work day to avoid me altogether. Whenever I saw her in the facility, she never spoke to me or my child. What kind of atmosphere is that to have your child in?My last straw with them was when I picked my child up, and she had dried blood coming out her nose, and no one could explain what happened. THE ASSISTANT DIRECTOR tried to tell me her nose MAY HAVE started bleeding because of the cold air.GTFOH! WHY TF SHOULD A FACILITY BE THIS COLD FOR MY INFANT DAUGHTER'S NOSE TO BLEED, AND IT TAKES ME TO COME TO PICK HER UP FOR ME TO ADDRESS IT. My daughter's nose has never started bleeding randomly, NEVER! I told them to check the cameras, and they stated that this place had no cameras. THEN I CHECKED THE REPORT AND THE ASSISTANT DIRECTOR LIED AND STATED IT WAS "DRIED BOOGERS AND NO BLOOD TO COVER THEIR ASS OF NEGLIGENCE. WHAT BOOGERS BLEED?! GTFOH! IT'S A REASON THEY DON'T HAVE ANY BECAUSE THEY KNOW THEY DON'T TAKE CARE OF THOSE KIDS! That was the last day I had my daughter attend that school. I transferred her immediately. This place should be shut down because it is no place for ANY CHILD, especially those who can not talk.

Worst nightmare of a childcare place. Physically and mentally abusive to children. Shame on everyone who works here. You are all accountable for these children and you all failed them and are unfortunately continuing to fail them.

We have had SUCH a wonderful experience with Glen Ellyn Kindercare. Our daughter has been attending for 6 months in the 2s program and we could not be more pleased. She is excited every morning to go to school and we always feel the love and care from her teachers - they are WONDERFUL. Everyone at the kindercare is helpful, kind, compassionate and fun. We absolutely lucked out when we enrolled here!

We love this center! The teachers are attentive, nurturing, and fun. The directors communicate clearly and are responsive to questions/needs. My kids have made great friends and grown immensely at KinderCare.

We love this place! Our girls have learned so much and the teachers and staff are so caring. They really go above and beyond for the kids. Our daughters enjoy all of the creative ways they learn and interact with other students and staff. We definitely recommend this place!

I was nervous about having to go back to work and put my 18 month old in daycare but this center calmed all my fears! Their toddler room is the largest one I have seen from all the centers and they are always taking the kids outside and they even have a weekly splash day in the summer! My son looks forward to daycare each day and gets excited when we pull up. They send photos all day so I always know what he is doing and can see him having so much fun! It has been such a blessing for me and him, and I couldn't be happier with my decision to send him here. The staff is incredible and was so patient as he transitioned in. I would give 6 stars if I could.

We have both our children at this center and are very happy with our decision. The director, Jill, always keeps us informed of center changes. The teachers are welcoming and provide a structured environment for their students. There are 2 large play areas (tots and big kids) so the kids get plenty of outdoor time. As parents, we are always kept informed how our children are progressing and are given options for additional courses (music, phonics, etc) that can be offered as part of their education. We highly recommend Kindercare Glen Ellyn!

This place is amazing! I can trust and know that my baby is being cared for in a nurturing and safe environment, giving me piece of mind while at work. The app is really great so I get hourly updates with pictures and videos. I can't say enough about the staff and how meticulous they are in hygiene, safety, communication with parents, developing a relationship with my baby, and exposing my baby to different learning experiences. Highly recommend!!

My son has been going to the center for the last 3 and a half years. He loved going there. Loved his teachers. He's sad now because he starts Kindergarten and won't see his teachers anymore.

Absolutely loved my boys going here when I was in school!! Always looking for employment in the area so I can once again have peace of mind that my little ones are being cared for and nurtured. Hunter still has your Elmo Miss Stacey!!!! If I could give them ten stars that still wouldn’t illustrate the trust and confidence I have for this terrific staff!!!!
