Let me give you a small breakdown of this place. Conveniently tucked away off the beaten path but very accessible. I was searching around for a reputable body shop as everyone knows, it's better to have one and not need it, than to need it and not have one.I called around for a few places but the caveats were, timing and quality, not to mention price. Usually you can only get two of the latter with the other being sacrificed. I found First Performance through a Google Search and I'll admit, at first I wasn't sure since I haven't heard of this place and I've been around the automotive world for well over a decade. However, I wanted to give them a call. First time I called, Ms. Slim picked up and she was extremely friendly and informative, asked me to drop the car off on an upcoming Friday just to get what I wanted done examined. Unfortunately, I couldn't make it that day so the following Monday I called again and someone else picked up the phone and told me to stop by after 9:00 AM. Let me preface and tell you this was the week of Thanksgiving, so imagine the backlog on this.I showed up promptly at 9:15 AM, walked in and was greeted by two gentlemen, I wasn't sure of the other guy's name but the one who I spoke with his name is Jerry. Jerry in facts runs the place along with Ms. Slim and he came outside and listened to what I was asking for and his professionalism, engaging personality and knowledge really put me at ease knowing that my vehicle would be in good hands.Not to mention, this car was fairly new to me, and it wasn't meant to be out on the roads in colder weather just due to performance summer tires. Regardless, he was able to squeeze me in within an hour or so, and I was patiently waiting at that point.The following day, I received a call from Jerry directly indicating my car was finished. I know he mentioned it would be "likely" done prior to Thanksgiving, however I was very understanding with the holidays that anything could come up, and I didn't expect a business to drop all their work just to work on my car. I doubt they did, but know Jerry and his team did help me out with this.I showed up later that evening, saw Ms. Slim, Jerry and their team and was presented my car. Literally perfect, I couldn't have asked for a better turnaround, overall experience and price to match it all. The paint, which is very difficult to match (tri coat metallic pearl), was done flawlessly.The end results, speak for themselves. I will be referring any and all to this shop as they've earned my business tenfold. Thank you Jerry, Ms. Slim and FPAB team!

They did an amazing job on my car! Terrific service! Everything was done beyond my expectations. I highly recommend them if you need to repair anything on your vehicle. I received a surprise when I picked up my car. They vacuumed the inside and also cleaned it too.

I got my son’s car fixed here few days ago. Ms. Slim was very accommodating, she and the other worker thoroughly checked the car and explained everything to us- - in details . During the process she had to contact the insurance company for update of the cost of the repair. The car was fixed in a smooth and timely manner. I was extremely satisfied with their service from the 1st day until they released the car. I highly recommend First Performance!

Owners are very professional and friendly. I went to have a bumper repair for my Honda Civic, they are very thorough on prices and they make my car look like a brand new Civic again after the work. Great service!!! I'll recommend you guys to my colleagues!!

We took our 2011 Camry in for repair to damage to the left front fender, bumper, & headlight area. It was completed in a couple of weeks as quoted. It was a pleasure to work with Brendan. He was very professional and kept us informed through out the whole process. The work performed was excellent. I highly recommend their shop and if needed, I will definitely use their service again.

My car was in an accident and the service was excellent. This was the only one in the area who was considerate to do the walk-in estimation. The people here genuinely care and are very hospitable. 10/10 recommend!
