Bad customer service. I was waiting in line for 10 minutes while 2 bankers helped the same person. Then people started pulling into the drive through and they began helping them, even though I had been standing there waiting. I asked if I should just go in the drive through if I want to be helped. They said they would help me in a minute. They continued ignoring me and helping others in the drive through who had gotten there after to me. I finally just walked and went through the drive through and was finally helped. I'm considering switching to another bank. It's not worth being treated so poorly every time I want to do something as simple as deposit a check.

Very friendly and helpful. They will apply critical thinking and not just follow orders. This is the type of business I want to patronize.

Terrible customer service and the bank manager is extremely rude.Bank manager slammed his door in the bank during bank hours. Clearly has some issues. They are under staffed and don't care about their valued customers. Don't bother at this location.

Nice and competent staff. The only real problem is the bizarre choice to only have ONE teller working both the inside and the drive-thru window. How do they expect one person to handle up to 4 simultaneous lanes of traffic (3 outside and one inside)? I had to make a simple deposit, they took my money, but I had to wait almost 10 minutes for a receipt. Simply because the customer at the inside window apparently had several transactions and a LOT of questions, tying up the teller's time. There were half a dozen others all waiting for her attention. There was also only one other employee onsite and they were dealing with yet another customer setting up an account. It was unfair to the teller, ridiculous for the customers and extremely poor customer service on Fifth Thirds part. If they insist on having the drive thru lanes all open and also have lobby hours, they need to properly staff the bank with more than one teller for ALL of it.
