Paid for my wool bowler hat cleaning and that came out OK, however the worker(s?)was negligent about how he stored it and ruined my brim. Is this why I can't have nice things?

I am the owner of this cleaners and want to clear a misunderstanding for the below review.It was a white top and black bottom dress. Black color from the bottom bled and ran over to the top white part during cleaning and became grey.Although it’s very rare, it does happen especially on first cleaning. Since it’s defected, you can usually return it to the store.I thought you were going to talk to your wife and try to find a receipt, but since I have not heard from you, I thought you or your wife returned it already.We have been at this location for about 15 years and been in cleaning business for about 30 years. We know how to clean and handle clothes but obviously, don’t know how to explain situations.We are sorry for a misunderstanding. Although unfortunate situations happen, we try very hard to provide best quality and service for every single customer.
