This location gave me a hard time and I want to write a detailed review but I'd really rather just say, the employees should have more integrity than was shown to me today. I won't ever be a CVS customer ever again now thanks to the repetition of poor service.

It seems to me that the people who serve must be in good health and if they have the flu at least wear a mask, additionally they lack a lot of kindness and education when talking to customers, "It is to improve and not harm anyone, this comment"

The CVS at Glen Ellyn printed my prints on the wrong paper. I was asking if there was any way to get a discount or something since it was their mistake and not mine. I spoke to the shift manager Anise? and she said no they don't do that and continued to say that I am getting the re-prints for free. I said I know but they are making me come back there and pick it up again, when it is their fault and I already paid for it. I even asked if it can be sent to my house and they said no. They didn't even have my repositionable posters in a container/box to protect it from the rain. I asked to speak to someone higher up (Pam?) and they didn't even talk to me. The shift supervisor just said that is not something they do. Thank you for wasting my time!

Pharmacist was very rude and no help at all for my diabetic wife. Don’t go there if you need syringes for insulin in a timely manner.

Great clean store. Very organized. Cashier very helpful and mentioned a coupon I could use. I will definitely shop at CVS more. They also have self checkout.

i usually go to this place to get some basic necessities but i went there with my daughter and she is 13 and i left her in the makeup isle with one of her freinds. i came back to a lady yelling at her for simply looking at the color of one of the lipsticks. usually the workers are kind here but i guess they hired someone new. won’t be coming back anytime soon!

Every pharmacist/pharm tech I've ever come in contact with has been rude. Thought it was a fluke...nope. Don't even make eye contact anymore just stand in line wait my turn and get out as quickly as possible. I miss Walgreen's but insurance prefers CVS.

It seems they are really making an effort. The pharmacy called me personally to remind me to refill prescriptions that were due which I excellent because I alway forget. Inside the store they are working hard and doing everything they can for overly entitled people. Just be nice and say thank you.

Anyone notice pharmacy hours ?Closed 130 till 200. But add 10 mins before and after to account for closing and reopening. Plan your day accordingly.

I walk in and the ENTIRE store smelled like a baby diaper. There was clearly some sort of issue in the place. It was so bad I couldn't even shop for 5 mins to get my stuff, I had to leave.
