The staff is friendly and helpful. The outdoor ATMs are a pain. They, most of the time, cannot read the writing in the checks, I therefore have to go into the bank to make a deposit.

This bank is the worst in customer service. I brought in a cash payment to pay a credit card payment. They would not take cash. When do banks not accept cash payments. Aren’t banks all about taking and changing money. This is the worst. Well they just lost another customer because of poor customer service. They would get zero stars. They are the worst.

Worst bank ever I opened a bank account with citi they close my account without knowing why send a letter stating that my account was closed with 0 information to why. It’s been over a month and I still don’t revive the check they were supposed to send back to me with the amount that was transfer to that account I have a sick mother at home with cancer and she needs her treatments very often and the bank not giving me my money has affected a lot of things at home, I’m not asking for a loan I’m asking for the money that I had in this account I call to see when was the check issued or when will they send me my money and zero information is given! is this what citi bank does to people? I’ve seen alot of angry people about this bank wish I would of done more research before going to citi bank I will make sure I post this on social media as well since I have a friend who has a very large platform I just cannot understand why is citi bank stealing peoples money.

I have been a Citi customer at this branch for 30+ years. They stopped any weekend hours a couple years ago and changed their weekday hours to 10 AM until 5 PM, when most people are working and can't get to the branch. They recently stopped accepting cash payments for Citi credit cards in the branch and now they have removed all coin counting machines from the branches and won't accept coin deposits. There is really very little point in having a brick and mortar branch office, if they can't or won't do normal banking functions. I am looking for a new bank that wants my business. Citi has become too big and self-important for my business to remain there.
