I have been with Chicago Fire & Burglar since the 1980's. They installed the burglar and fire alarm system in my first home. I never had problems with the system. The one time I did need service, they were out the following day. The technician was very professional and friendly. When I purchased my second home (14 years later) I ultimately decided to use them again. I felt that I was getting personal attention throughout the entire process; something I did not feel with other companies. There was no pressure selling and my questions were answered. The installers worked quickly and efficiently. The installation was very neat and they were very good about cleaning up after the project was complete. I just had my system updated. Once again, I could not be happier.

Excellent company. Products and customer service are excellent. Staff always go above and beyond to answer questions quickly. I am not technologically savvy, and they are always so patient!

The village in which my new business is located required a fire alarm be installed before I could open the doors. Chicago Fire Detection expedited an installation in 7 working days, addressing village code, final inspection, and allowing me to take advantage of my peak seasonal business. Well Done and Thanks!
