I don't review companies generally. However, this was such an exceptional experience that I had to share it. Dan and his team did a phenomenal job from start to finish. From the consultation to the quote to the drop off to the pick up. Every step of the process was communicated well, and expectations were set properly. These guys got all my holograming in the paint out and a great amount of other surface scratches out. The paint looks like glass. Thank you Chicago Auto Pros, truly a fantastic job.

Brought my Camaro in to get the windshield tinted. They went above and beyond to even give the car a small detail after it was completed. 10/10 recommend and will be back in the future.

Fantastic attention to detail and top products used. Had 10-year-old PPF removed, paint correction, new PPF, and ceramic coating. Finished with a legal tint on the windows. Their application and service were perfect.

Don't go unless you have a high end car. This was my 3rd time using them and had always told others they were great. Well no longer true unless you have a high end car. Made appointment for top of the line window tint on all windows and windshield for 8am Monday for our new 2024 Trax. Arrived on time and was told it would take about 4.5 hrs. and would be done by lunch time. Stayed in the area and did some shopping. No call at all 6 hrs. later at 2:00pm so we decided to stop and check in. Our Trax was still just sitting in the parking lot and was never even started. I was told they would still get it done today but I had already taken the day off work to have this completed early on purpose. Had to leave for a doctors appointment and tried calling back a few times to cancel. Finally got a call back at 2:45 and Dan stated they were just starting. Expressed my concerns that I did not want a rush job and was told they would not. Well I got a call at 4:30 and was told the tint was completed. 4 hr. job completed in under 2hrs sound like a rush job to me. only time will tell if we received the quality we expected. was quoted 1035 but they added 150 to 1185 and then marks it as 150 VIP discount. Was never told that ! Then was told they would reduce by 300 for inconvenience. Expected to be charged $735 and was told $795. Close enough so I accepted. Got home and checked my emailed receipt to see I was charged $845 instead. Seems very shady to me to keep charging differently than told . Will probably make a return appointment to have tint removed and be refunded as I will not be willing to go back for any warranty work from them anymore if required.

so first off i want to start off by saying i heard of this place from my boyfriend & his friends. word of mouth does it for me everytime. so i had a incident and literal GASOLINE spilled in my trunk, not a ton… but enough to make my car smell and make me paranoid. the first initial call i had to the second i picked up my car has been nothing less then seamless. the odor is literally gone. my whole car is sparkling. their office and work area is so clean and the service is just impeccable. worth EVERY penny. i spoke with Alex for my appt i believe and im pretty positive Dan was the one to assist me towards picking it up. they even had someone explain all the safety and health concerns i had with the spill. i truly can’t get over how grateful i am. they have a customer for life :)

First trip to this fine establishment today and I promise you it will not be my last. The level of service I received was unmatched in any industry I’ve recently encountered. Their waiting room is beyond comfortable. Brought my car in for a mini detail. It was completed quickly, effectively and exceeded my expectations. I’ve referred three people in the last four hours and I’ll be telling all my coworkers. To Dan, John and the whole crew - thank you for a wonderful detailing experience.
